So overall nice jacket... Although I haven't had it very long I am wondering if SS changed the zipper as mine seems to be pretty heavy duty whereas other have complained it is a cheap zipper (not YKK but heavy). The jacket is nice and versatile. I like the idea of the syncro sleeves in theory but in reality they have an issue. There is so much fabric in the sleeves with the AR600, Mesh, Liner that with everything in it is a little heavy and stiff. As you remove the rain liner it gets better. Thanks to the weather here in Ohio if I ride to work and leave in the wee hours of the morning its pretty chilly on the freeway for mesh but by the time I get out of work in the summer it can be Hot (90's, high humidity). The fact that I can not only open vents but pull the sleeves off to become mesh (and still have armor) is a great idea. Although it is not in the 90's yet we have had some mid 80's and it isn't bad at all. The color is a bit high but that may be nice if I get stuck in the rain. This version is short like most sport jackets... the one in the video is the ST which is longer but not quite a 3/4 jacket.

Great jacket, even better service!

I really like this jacket. I wore it for a week straight right after getting it and loved it. Great fit and very comfortable. Warm in the cold and well ventilated when warm out. I was even more impressed with Revzilla and their service. I chose to buy from them because they post videos of people trying the jackets on. That was much more helpful in finding the right jacket than looking at catalog pictures. I also has to return my first jacket because I ordered a size too big. That was a very smooth process. I also had an issue with the jacket. The front zipper tab broke on a week long trip. I contacted Revzilla when I got home and within two days I had a new jacket on it's way from the manufacturer and a prepaid UPS label to return the jacket with the broken zipper.
Pros Rugged, Fashionable, Comfortable
Yes, I recommend this product.

The best dual sport jacket you don't want to own

This is hands down the best dual sport jacket I have ever owned despite the fact I've had to return it under warranty TWICE...
Quite simply S&S used the cheapest possible zippers they could find. First one to break was both the front hand pockets about ten minutes apart. Then after getting a new jacket and just compleating a 3,000 mile trip the front zipper blew up and pieces just fell off.
So now I'm waiting for my third jacket and wearing am old Frank Thomas when on the first ride of the season my wife's front zipper pull breaks off her Hell an Back....
Please S&S put heavy duty large guage XKK zippers on these jackets and they will truely be best, hell I would pay 50.00 more a jacket for better zippers
Pros Fashionable, Rugged, Comfortable
Cons Flimsy, Crap zippers
Yes, I recommend this product.

From the customer reviews, the zippers seem to be very poor, but the jacket gets great reviews. I would like to purchase the jacet for my wife & myself but bad zippers can be a big problem miles from home.
Thank you,

Answer:
Just got one and the pocket and liner zips are a little cheap but the main zipper (not YKK seems decent enough, I suspect they improved it).
