The shield does what it is suppoes to... shield your eyes from the sun and keep the wind off your face. Very easy to change your lens on the helmet also.

Great for bright overcast or variable cloudy days. Takes glare out, but is lighter than the smoke. I have two Sparx, one with the smoke, one with the clear- now I gotta get another helmet for this shield. It's really easy to change the shield, I'm just that lazy (when I gotta ride, I gotta ride NOW...) and the helmets are too inexpensive not to have one for each shield. Time- that's expensive.
Great fit, no whistling, easy to change, very little twist when opening- pop to first click, push from middle, bingo. I've had excellent results from a wipedown of All Kleer, inside and out, for anti-fog.

The shield fit like a glove. It was slightly a little more transparent than I would like... but still pretty amazing. I bought the SparX Helmets S07 LE Good VS Evil ( awesome helmet ), this shield makes the helmet look even better. Money well spent.

I got the mirrored shield for my S07 flat black helmet, it blocks the sun and glare quite well and looks great. Installation is very easy and the shield fits the helmet perfectly. The tint is more of a light smoke. It's great if you like a shield that isn't super dark and just want to control glare and dim down the sun a bit with a mild tint. Extremely recommended upgrade if you have a SparX S07!

I used this faceshield to make the visor portion of the Biker Scout helmet. I used the MLVv3 helmet. The most difficult part was cutting the visor to the correct size but i used heavy duty cutting shears to crop the general shape. I then used a Dremel tool with a course sander (80grit I think) to remove the excess plastic to its final visor form. The hardest part was holding the visor to the helmet while allowing the heat gun glue to cure. But the visor is beautiful and not welder's visor green like in some of the other Biker Scout helmet tutorials.
