Rev'it Rotor Pants
For my fellow "vertically Challenged" comrades I'm 5'6 160. Lbs with a 28" inseam and these pants are a perfect fit. I bought the Sand Pants last week and loved the fit and quality so much I bought these. Finding quality pants is rough for me so I depended on Revzilla's excellent phone support in making the purchases. Both of their suggestions were spot on. I plan to buy the Sand Jacket soon. Thanks for excellent service and good advice.

Simple and effective summer pants
I was looking for a pair of textile riding pants to match a Rev'it Spectrum jacket. Tried the Horizon and Tornado pants before these and both felt too bulky and "snow pant" like for hot weather riding. Although limited to the black, the Rotors match the weight and feel of my jacket. Contruction is very similar, including the non-removeable mesh lining and accordian stretch panels over the knees. For reference, I am 5'7" and weigh 185 lbs., the Large standard length pants fit me perfectly as a regular pant (not overpant) and offered some added Velcro adjustability at the waist. On the bike airflow is excellent, especially in the crotch and below the knees. You feel it from the moment you start down your driveway. Although the knee armor can still produce sweaty knee caps in the hottest conditions. Thigh area mesh flows equivalent to that well worn pair of jeans you used to ride with, so not too bad. I would image that air flow could vary depending on rider size and positioning. Overall, very pleased and really like the ease of using the 7" connection zipper to my jacket.

The Rotor Pants held up to 108F heat in traffic.
The fit: I sized up 1 and it fit great.
The quality: I wore them for months with out any quality issues, no fray, no lose threads, no seam issues. I also washed them in a light cycle via washing machine and air drying. No issues.
Air Flow: Fantastic! If you're in traffic in 108 degree heat, you pretty much just want to ride in a bathing suit. The pants felt light enough to not become annoying and are the closest you can get in keeping cool while staying protected.
Armor: there are pockets that the armor fits in and there is foam hip armor.
Gripes: I do not like the small Velcro strap at the bottom vs other Rev'it pants i own such as the zip pants that have a larger panel that is easier to adjust and does not get snagged on carpet or rugs when taking off or on.

Typical Revit quality great summer pants
These pants were purchased for my wife and have a nice looking and more slender fit than many of the "women's" pants that have enormous hips, she thinks the materials are robust yet comfortable (even without a base layer), She's 32 x 34 and the XL Long was the perfect fit so they do tend to run a bit snug. She can't find anything about the pants to gripe about they are a great value and I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent pants for the money
Excellent quality and perfect fit using Revzilla chart. I'm 34/30 and ordered XL short.
I ride in UAE at temperatures ranging from 86 F to 115 F and this pants offer good ventilation for the actual heat.
I wish a clearer color was an option for real hot areas, black hide dirt but capture heat. Also while riding in heavy traffic a brighter color helps.
Highly recommend.

The product is good, not great.
Size chart does not match well with typical US sizing charts. The pants were smaller than my expectation (No, I have not gained weight). The product would be better if there was better/more armor in the hips and tail bone area. I thought air flow would be better, but I must admit these are the only mesh pants I've ever owned (I don't know if other pants are any better). Construction is very good and I expect the pants will last a long time. They match well with the Rev'It Air Jacket (A very nice look).

They do what they are supposed to do.
Rev'it makes a quality product. I have happily worn Factor pants for three years in temps between 80-40F. Rotor pants are the perfect hot weather alternative. Fit, design and materials are outstanding. Most importantly, they ventilate well. I rode in 90 F temps yesterday and was comfortable.

Fits small but a good product
The fit runs very small according to the size chart.
I normally wear a 36 jean but decided to order the XL (38-41) based on reviews. I had to loosen the adjustable waist fully to fit.
Otherwise a very good product. Air flow is good and protection seems like it should really help. The mesh part of the pant does not look like mesh but provides good ventilation.
Overall a really good summer pant. Just make sure you order a size large.
