When REV'IT introduced the new Cayenne Pro Jacket, they were tasked with developing an equally strong pair of pants: the CAYENNE PRO pants.

All of the  product improvements incorporated in the jacket, such as weight reduction, improved insulation properties and stitch reducing laminated reflection and Super fabric panels have also been incorporated in the new CAYENNE PRO textile pants.

These pants can be zipped to the jacket by a short or an all around 360 degree connection zipper. For the serious commuter or adventure / touring rider, this is the pair of pants that will fulfill your needs.

Available in standard, long and short leg lengths.

A commonly asked question we get is what is the difference between the Cayenne Pro Pants and the Dakar Pants? 

Both are high-end 4-season pants, but the difference is in the materials used. The Cayenne Pro's use an Exkin thermal liner, shown to have half the weight / thickness of the Dupont liner in the Dakar Pants.  The Cayenne Pro's use SAS-TEC armor, and the Dakars use Pro-Life; and while both are CE level 2, the SAS-TEC armor is softer (only turning hard on imact) and more comfortable.  The last major difference is the use of Superfabric on the impact areas in the Cayenne Pro.

Those pants rock - and so does REVZILLA!!!

I bought those pants from REVZILLA after I got the Cayenne Pro jacket first. I just got back from a 900 mile trip through the Smoky Mountains. We had a wide range of temperature (60 - 90+) degrees. Even though the pants are fairly thick - unlike the mesh pants - they replaced, I didn't feel too hot but pretty much felt comfortable during the whole trip. Over all I love the quality and the looks of the pants
One note on the size: I initially ordered them in Large since my mesh pants where from Rev"It as well and they fit perfectly in "L". I got the pants a week before we were leaving for our trip and they were too tight. I called the folks from REVZILLA and explained that I would need to exchange them ASAP so they make it on time. REVZILLA agreed to send me a pair in XL upfront. I got them 2 days later and they fit perfectly although the difference between large and XL was not that big.
KUDOS to REVZILLA and their customer service!!!

Great Pants

I'm 6'-0 and about 210 (not much on the waist line though) and I ordered a long large. They fit great. A little tight with both the liners in but perfect without just the insulating liner. These are a good pant. I would have liked a little more rugged material all over the pant but, I'm hard on equipment and want it all to be bullet proof which just isn't reasonable. I would definietly purchase these again.

These pants are comfortable and hug the seat well (no slipping forward) I've already put them to the rain test and I stayed bone dry inside. They vent well considering there is only one side vent on each outer thigh. I've been wearing them over jeans which is snug but not bad for commuting and with boxer briefs on weekend rides the adjustability in the waist accommodates the waist with and without jeans. knee pads hit me just right. I wear 34W 32inseam Levis for comparison. I bought the size L

Revit Cayenne Pro Pants

I'm 6'4' 235 so I ordered 2xl pants and there perfect. My first ride in these pants was great. I hit all weather from hot wind across the Arizona Desert to rain and snow in the mountains of New Mexico. I never got wet or cold, and would recommend this gear to anyone looking for top of the line comfort and fit.

Swiss Army Pants

The best test I could have given these pants came last week. We left for a short day trip 200 miles total. It was 47 degrees, when we left at 8AM it rained by 9:30AM, and on the way home it hit 79 degrees and was sunny. I have to say I was the only guy who was comfortable the entire ride. I just kept peeling layers out of the Pants and Jacket. Cayanne Pro really does it all. Best part is its not bulky, and doesnt restrict my mobility the way other pants and jackets do. I highly recommend them.

Best set of bike pants I have ever owned. Comfy and well protected. Also look good. So many people have asked where they are from. Riden in both the UK winter and summer and perform great no col or wetness. Fantastic. Well done rev-it.

REV'IT! Jackets are European (slim) cut and generally more narrow in the shoulders than other brands. Please take this into account when choosing the appropriate size. Most riders with any body type other than "slim" would need to order one size larger than the size charts specify. If you have any questions about REV'IT! sizing please call 877-792-9455 for help.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS 

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements.  REV'IT! sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
