its a little bigger than i needed. the buckles are made of a clear plastic, just seems like it should be metal.

This is a good pair of boots to get into especaially since they were 99 bucks!
They take quite a while to break in but if you continue to wear them they will work very nice. Use them on my ATV rides. The ATV sole is very aggressive and the tip is quite big so be prepared to move your shift and brake pegs to compensate if you have never ridden with boots before.
Pros Comfortable, Great Value

Great flexiblity right out of the box. Rode for nearly 8 hours the first time I wore them, no blisters/hot spots or problems. A+ boot for the coin.
