Overall great boot! You can't go wrong with Joe Rocket! This boot does it's job as far as protection is concerned, and I think they happen to look good too. They do run large and only come in whole sizes. I saw that they run large, but I wear a 10 and thought a full size down may have been too small. I'm not sure which is better because I decided to stick with the 10's and wear thick socks (more protection, right?). I have only had them for a couple weeks and worn them riding twice, so I can't comment on longevity, but they are well made and seem like they will last many riding seasons to come. October 1, 2012
so far so good boots seem really rugged and pretty comfortable. they run a little large, i wear a 7.5, ordered 7's and they were a bit big. I used a gel insert in the bottom and they fit fine. if they have any issues after riding for a while i'll update! August 16, 2010
Solid boots, solid price These are my first pair of motorcycle boots, so take this with a grain of salt because I don't have a lot of basis for comparison. I did do quite a bit of looking around, though, before I settled on the Orbit Boots. Just got my Joe Rocket Ladies Orbit Boots, and I'm happy with the construction overall. They seem to be a very solid pair of boots, with rigid material in the backs and toes of the boots for what I imagine would be decent protection. They also don't look horrible for motorcycle boots, and so far I can walk around fine in them. I like that they're not the crazy tall racing style, because I want to be able to wear them at my destination. I intend to use these boots for local rides and international touring, if they work out short-term. Bonus for RevZilla because I literally ordered them on Wednesday night and they were on my doorstep in MA on Friday afternoon. Good experience all around! February 19, 2010
