great glove for the money Finger tips have a little bit extra material and they take a while to break in but overall great glove for the money May 14, 2013
Good glove but... It's a great fitting glove. Does a good job covering my short sleeve for my jacket. However, my issue is with the inside of the thumbs. The stitching is on the INSIDE unlike all the other fingers. On rides this can be really irritating to my thumb. I'll have to start wearing a band-aid over my thumbs to protect against the rubbing. Airflow is adequate. I'm in Tallahassee, FL and it gets a bit hot and it can get gummy in the gloves during the day. If you're looking for better airflow I have a a-stars smx-2 with superior airflow I can suggest. It's not a gauntlet though. Never gone down in them but I feel I would be well protected if I did. Great gloves This is my first pair of race style gloves. They offer a high amount of protection and are very functional. The leather on these gloves is really nice which made them easy to break in. They are by far the most comfortable gloves I have ever owned. I highly recommend this product. May 13, 2013
Great Value This is a great gauntlet glove at a great price point. Not quite as technical as some gloves out there, however it does not feel lacking in quality like some other bargain brands. May 13, 2013

2nd pair of these gloves. My first lasted me 5 years. Love these gloves...ESPECIALLY for the money. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a decent road riding glove with lots of feel. The only negative thing I can say about them is that they run small. You need to go one size up. Also I think the wrist strap is unneccessary. Overall, I don't think there is a better glove out there for the price. April 29, 2013
GREAT GLOVES VERY COMFY Gloves fit very nice they feel good the stiching being on the outside helps alot. rode the other day in 50 degrees not really cold weather gloves. also fit well over my icon jacket April 25, 2013
Good glove for the price This is a decent glove for the price. A little difficult to put on while wearing the Joe Rocket Reactor 2.0 Leather jacket but then again, I have big hands so it just might be with me. Solid feel overall and provides great hand protection. April 22, 2013

Are the Joe Rocket GPX 2.O Gloves true to size? I had to send a pair of Venom Street Fighter Gloves back today because I could barely get my hands in them. I measure my had and it measured at a 9.5 Should I stay with a ten if I decide to order your glove and will these gloves break in and give a way some after using them more often?

They run a tad big...I usually wear 3x in gloves but these 2x's fit me fine.

My hand measures about 9.5 also and I wear a large. My Speedmaster 5.0's are mediums and I needed a large to make the GPX 2.0 fit correctly. They break in a little as they form to your fingers but never get loose.

yes they are true to size. With most gloves, they will fit tight at the beginning and break in. But it also depends on how your fingers fit in them. If you have some room to work with, it won't stetch to the point where they are too big. If your fingers are pressing, they will stretch a little to give it a perfect fit. I hope this helps.

Good question, I measured the circumference of my hand at 10 inches. I just received a Large pair and had the same issues, had a really difficult time getting my hand into the gloves. I was able to get my hand in but they felt really tight. I decided to exchange them for an XL pair, haven't received them yet, I'll post a reply on the XL's once I get them.

I tried a bunch of Larges and XL's on in the store and found that I was generally an XL. I bought the XL Joe Rocket's and they were a perfect fit. Some of the gloves in the store had small pinky fingers which was really annoying. These fit excellent right out of the box and even felt broken in already.

If you ever used JR gloves in the past then I would believe they run true to size. I usually wear a XL in gloves and these fit perfectly. I do expect them to give a little over time but for right now I could not imagine having a better fit. As a comparison, Revit gloves either run a tad small or just a bit big on me with their XL sizing. It's never a perfect fit. I've had four different styles of JR gloves over the years, all in XL, and all fit perfectly.

Not sure about whether it is true to size, but I have a pair of Joe Rocket GPX 2.0 (Size 2XL). For Alpinestar GP Pro, I also had to wear size 2XL to fit. But however, I find Alpinestar GP Pro (Size 2XL) fits better than Joe Rocket GPX 2.0 (Size 2XL). Joe Rocket GPX 2.0 (Size 2XL) bit of loose fit. Maybe, Joe Rocket GPX 2.0 is bigger that any other gloves' sizing. Not recommended to be too big, as the knuckle protection will be loose.
