I like using this helmet when I'm riding in the city, as the lateral visibility is unlimited and this makes it very easy to do lane checks to either side. It is also a comfortable helmet too. I really like the very large ear pockets, and the liner feels good. Overall build quality seems just fine, and is commensurate with the price. The full coverage shield does not seem flimsy, and has very solid detents. It does not leak in light rain (I have not used it in heavy rain). Optical qualities are excellent. IMO the noise level is ok, and is actually less than what I was expecting to find.
My only mild gripe is that the venting at the top of the head could have been better. I do feel some venting at the ears, but I do think the upper vents are a bit too small.
There's a lot of other very good helmets of this type out there, so I feel that this is a good but average example, with a price that is reasonable for what you get. I do like this helmet a lot, and it is my favorite for low-speed city traffic.

Great Helmet at a great price. Very comfortable fit and very quite on the road. The visor design reduces noice and drag when in the up position traveling at low speeds...a big plus when you are just puttering around the city on a hot summer day.

i recently discovered HJC helmets, and they are great value for money, the full face ones however fits one size larger.

I really like this helmet - except I had to add a little weather stripping to the side seal since there was a great deal of side wind that came into the helmet. After that small adjustment, the helmet is great! It fits great and is comfortable to wear all day.
