Great boot and well made. struggled with getting the straps adjusted right, because the instructions were not clear. There's a lot more length in them once you figure it out, but at first I thought they'd never fit a big calf.
One area for improvement would be screw-on replaceable soles.

These boots provide excellent protection but are still comfortable - can be worn for three or four hours without discomfort. The fixings are robust and well designed. Altogether a quality product.

It seems like these boots are the best bang for your buck on the market. I decided to get the black/red color combo for my newly acquired 2006 CR125R (first dirt bike). The boots fit nice, the straps work well, and the boots look great. The only thing that I didn't like is, what appears to be little to no ankle protection. I push on the side of the boot where my ankle is located and it seems like there is no impact protection. Other than that you can't go wrong for the price of a great looking comfortable Alpinestar MX boot.

i bought these for my hubby. these are his second pair. his 1st pair lasted since 03. he rides 2 times a week. Rich and his buddies aren't your average walk in the park riders. they go all out, all teraine, all weather. and these boots are the only boots he will wear. my brother in law bought others and and hates them he wears his old Tech 8s
