I have put about 200 miles on these boots in the two days since I received them. I am very satisfied. This morning I have never been as cold as I was bombing down the highway, but at least my feet were warm :). They do pinch a bit over the toe but I think that will go away as they break in. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that I did manage to drag a toe while shifting through a tight corner and it did chew up the leather on the toe more than I would have guessed based on how it felt, but that can really be chalked up to a my bad. I wouldn't necessarily recommend these for hard riding, but for a good boot that can be worn at work or out on the town, these are great.

I ordered a size 46 due to availability, and am so glad I did. I normally wear a size 12 EE, and 46 is equivalent to an 11.5. They fit perfectly. They are so comfortable,and feel so secure. The Velcro and snap closure systems are superb. If you are on the fence, I would say jump and buy!

I was wearing work boots for a while to ride and they were too clunky. I got a pair of these for everyday riding and they are much more comfortable. They provide good protection, no shoe laces, goes on easy and fits well. They are great for everyday riding when you need to walk around for a while. I'd probably want to wear a higher boot for more aggressive/longer riding since these don't come up very far on your leg.
Overall, they are great for the everyday ride.

Received these boots the next day after ordering! Free shipping and PA sales tax paid by Revzilla, these guys rock! The boots look great and look like they are well made. The advice to order size 44 for size 10.5 US was dead-on. I wear a US 10.5 in all my shoes/boots, and the 44's fit me perfectly (even a little roomy in the toe). However, they do take some effort to get your foot into them due to the hard plastic heel guards. Overall, a very well made and good looking boot, that seems like it will wear well and be comfortable for street riding/touring. Also, my pair came with black toe sliders, not red like the Revzilla website states. A little disappointed that they're Made in China, especially for the money, but I guess that's the way it is today. Overall, would strongly recommend these for relaxed street riding.

Bought these last year. They are comfy boots, that are easy to in & out of. A nice compromise between full bore high boots & the running shoe variety. Would recommend them.

The good: I just started to use the Alpinestars boots and they look great! They are rigid sole so they’re more comfortable for riding. You don’t look like a duck when walking casual around the office thanks to the uninhibited ankle movement. The bad: For some reason they do bother on the top outer side of your shin due to the height of the boot and uninhibited ankle movement. I think it will go away once I break them.

I bought the red ones, which I had seen in pics with both a red toe slider and a black one. My pair came with black. I typically wear a 10.5 which would have been a 45 but after reading the other comments I went one size down to 44. They fit perfectly! They feel very sturdy and well made but with a good bit of padding around the ankle / foot. I wouldn't wear them on the highway or race track (due to them not being full length) but they're perfect for a casual ride in the country. Received my order promptly - - would buy again.

Alpinestars boots tend to run slightly narrow and especially in their sport-boot line up. If you have very wide feet, you might want to look at a TCX boot, which tend to run wider than Alpinestars. As WallE replied below, if your foot width is no wider than a 4E, these should work for you.

A 7.5-8 in womens would be a 6-6.5 in mens, so that converts to a 38-38.5 in European. Typically mens shoes fit wider than womens, so even though the 38 is on the small side, it should compensate for a thinner foot.
