I really like this jacket. It looks great, fits great. The padding isn't anything special. Just some foam padding, but you can upgrade. I like the length, i like shorter jackets. The jackets can be worn in cooler and warmer weather being that it has a zip out liner. my only diss against this jacket is the collar, the collor pushes in against my neck across the adams apple and after an hour wearing this jacket my neck was a little shredded. I think i'm gonna throw a bandana around my neck for the neck time.

That is a good concern! I rode to work this morning when it was in the low 70's and it was a bit chilly with just this jacket and a t-shirt on.
I've ridden with this jacket in the rain and with the rain jacket (included) over it... it would make for a great wind breaker too. The rain jacket does not breathe and I ended up getting wet from sweating so much. You might want to find a non-mesh jacket with lots of vents instead, if it rarely gets above 75-80 degrees in your area. I've also noticed the jacket is a bit warm above 90 degrees.
