Excellent Great pack for riding. It's a little on the small side but it is designed for riding. Love the release buckle on the left shoulder strap, makes donning and doffing so much easier with a jacket on. April 23, 2013
love it I love this bag. So easy to put on and take off. Use it everyday for work. Good amount of storage for daily commutes. Looks awesome and feels secure when riding at high speeds. December 3, 2012

Good quality specific purpose bag The product is well constructed and is made from quality materials - feels expensive! The only let down would be the amount of space available in it.. but overall its a really good bag and the helmet carrier is obviously the main attraction. The half strap on one side is GENIUS! We would definitely recommend the Charger over the Tech Aero for smaller riders.

For reference the Charger is approximately 13.5" W x 17.5" H.

Yes, it has a sternum strap and a high waist strap. Have had no problems with pack movement even at near triple digit speeds.

Answer: 
It does have a sternum strap. It can be removed. I found the ergonomics of the bag to be good enough to where I didn't even need that strap. But if you want it, it is there.
