Great feeling without the bulk of full pants Great extra layer to add heat to the lower torso, being a big guy wearing insulated pants, heated pants and over pants becomes a lot of bulk, by wearing the chaps design it dose not feel so bulky but offers great warmth and added protection from the wind & cold, so easy to put on and take off and works great with Tour Masters heated jacket for long rides in New England during the winter months!!! :) November 4, 2015
So fast to put on, and light weight, yet so warm! These liners are extremely light weight, yet very warm, and fit perfectly under our chaps. They make a huge difference over just chaps. Plus, for us guys, almost no zipper interference for those all important rest area breaks. Many riders may question the use of chaps period, let alone a chap liner, so allow me to give you my reasoning. Chaps protect what needs protecting from cold wind, without adding bulk, plus they are extremely quick and easy to put on and take off. While many pants have side zippers, I wear a size 14 shoe, and trust me when I say that its still a struggle to get overpants on, and many rain pants simply will not go on without taking the shoes off first. With these, I can be ready to ride in cool to very cold weather in minutes, and still comfortably walk around a mall or eat in a restaurant without feeling overheated or unable to move. To me, these are perfect, even if you want to wear them under full pants, which I have done as well. April 6, 2015
Passenger comfort Bought these for my wife after much research by her. She has worn them over jeans by themselves and also under wind pants. She was more interested in keeping the knees and thighs warm. Heated seats on the bike keep that part toasty. Ordered a wireless two channel powerlet controller so she could pair them with her Gerbing jacket. Allows fine tuning of her comfort. Only got two weekend rides in before it got too cold for her, but both uses got a thumbs up. December 30, 2014
Chaps provide plenty adjustability and warmth I've only had the opportunity to wear these 3 times since receiving them, but I'm very happy with my choice. I ride a R1200RT, and wear these along with a Powerlet heated jacket liner plugged into a wireless dual controller under my Roadcrafter Light gear. So far, the coldest ride to work was in the mid 30s and I was nice and cozy. The chaps fit true to size. I wear 34" waist/32" inseam trousers, so I ordered the Large size to get the inseam lenght. There is plenty of adjustment in the waist and legs to go from "chicken legs" to "ham hocks". The heat is evenly spread with no hot spots noted. November 24, 2014
Great addition for colder weather riding I try and ride as much as I can on a 110 round trip commute to work, even in colder weather as long as its not below freezing. I already have an electric jacket liner and have used a couple of years. I bought these chap liners after looking at pant liners and heated over-pants to extend my comfort level when riding at 0300 hrs in the morning. I went by the size chart and ordered the appropriate suggested size. Had to send them back and get a different pair as they were way too big. The new ones came and fit great. I've used them a couple of times under my leather over-pants and textile riding pants with great results. They plug directly into my jacket and are easily regulated by my single controller. Great value for the $$ spent and stop the wind and give you added warmth. Not the most stylish item in the store but they are liners and work as advertised. My only negative comment is that I wish they had made the connector plug/lead from the pants a little longer. Its only a couple of inches long and shortens the reach of the connecting pig tail. enjoy ease of putting on and off easily So far the chaps are comfortable and warm enough, can wear them under our leather chaps in rainy weather. July 7, 2014
Great product, fits under regular chaps and is WARM! We now have heated chaps, glove liners and jacket, they all work great and make riding comfortable when the weather changes. They pack up small and can be stored in a saddle bag when not used. All you need to wear is a t-shirt and regular clothes and this keeps you warm. No need to bundle up and have to take off layers when you arrive somewhere December 23, 2013

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Ryan R: Looks sufficient for my needs without having to buy the full pant liner. Oct 21, 2015
Lawrene F: My legs get cold! Aug 27, 2015
Gregory B: Right now in the Northeast its 8 degrees out but using other heated gear has allowed me to continue to ride. Feb 20, 2015
Michael F: want to stay warm Feb 3, 2015
J O: light weight, hopefully will fit under jeans Nov 13, 2014
Tom C: I have a Olympia textile jacket and pants a heated jacket liner and also have heavy leather pants. I need a heated liner but didn't want to spend the money for the gerbing pants. its starting to get chilly and I ride as long as its 35 or so out. Oct 20, 2014
Brian L G: 5 stars! EXCELLENT product to carry at all times. VERY convenient in that, unlike other heated pant liners, you don't have to take off your boots, jeans etc. Chilly? Pull over and slap these on n go Note-these are meant to be worn under riding gear in really cold weather. It says Heated Chap LINER. Really cold? I put them on over my jeans then put on my leather chaps and Im toasty warm in a few minutes. (I have tons of other htd gear BTW, but these are always onboard.) Fit true to size chart. May 27, 2014
Rachelle T: pantliners did not work for my length and shape May 23, 2014
Scott H: These are my first heated chaps, I had tried on the Tourmaster pant in a small but it was still to big for me because there's no draw strap or velcro to pull the waist tite and no one have the X/S pant. I thought I would try these because I can wear under my Klim pant and my Leather chap. I think the chap will work just as well for inside my Textile pant, We will see how it works out. Jan 18, 2014
Gareth W asked: Just wondering about how these would fit into my layering setup - currently I wear long johns as a base layer, and usually just my Joe Rocket Alter Ego 12 pants over top (with the rain liners). On really cold days I've put jeans on as well. Can I replace the long johns with these, ie wear them directly on top of my boxers (next to bare skin on my legs)? Are they form fitting enough for the over pants (with liner) to fit on top?

Just concerned that with these on top of the long johns I will be very bulky and too hot.

Patrick J: I have never worn mine againgst bare legs, but wear them over my jeans and under a pair of tourmaster over pants without liner. Should not be an issue to wear without the liner but I don't know about with the liner in. Honestly you probably won't need the liner (I haven't) as these do a great job of warming and I have never had mine about mid range and riddent donw to 15 degrees. Oct 15, 2014

Tom C: you could, but I don't think I would wear these next to my skin. However, it would be no problem over your long johns with your Alter Ego set up over them. they're pretty lightweight. you could probably cut out the rain liners or keep them for their wind breaking quality. Nov 7, 2014

Gareth W: Thanks Tom. I've been riding with them over long johns and under the alter egos, minus the rain liner. Have kept me warm enough down to 2 degrees Celsius. I tried them once with the rain liner but found them awkward to take on and off and bulky. Definitely find the chap sufficient and see no need for full pants. Nov 7, 2014
Sharon D: We wear them over our jeans and stay warm and confortable, love the product. We did buy a larger size than we normally wear. Oct 15, 2014

Gareth W: Hi Sharon, are you saying you wear them as a top layer without anything else over top of them? I wouldn't have thought this would work very well since they are marketed as a 'liner'. Oct 21, 2014
Sharon D: We stay warm enough, almost to hot if you use anything over 3 on the control. The jacket we use low as it gets warm fast and we have to turn it off. Wear the jacket alone as it is so comfortable. Oct 21, 2014
Gareth W: Thanks Patrick. Trouble is without the liner the Joe Rocket pants are not really waterproof. Appreciate your feedback. Oct 15, 2014

A shopper asked: Are the Tour Master Synergy 2.o heated chaps unisex? How would you convert sizing chart? Sep 15, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: The Tour Master Synergy 2.0 Heated Chap Liner are designed to be a men's pant, however depending on a woman's size they could be unisex. Use the 'Textile Pants' sizing chart to determine your size. Sizing is based on body measurements in inches or centimeters. Sep 19, 2012

Delboy1993: I would consider them unisex. The jackets are designed to be worn tight, they have an elastic panel in the side, this allows a snug and comfortable fit. Jan 28, 2013
