Great Addition to Jacket I love the tour-master synergy 2 line of products. I purchased the chaps and use with the Jacket liner. These have extended my riding year. When I get the setting right, I don’t even know that I am wearing them. January 28, 2013
Good woorking product I tried for the first time when it was 33 degrees and windy. You couldn't convince me it wasn't 70 outside and I only had it turned up to the second setting. Now I can ride regardless of the temperature. December 31, 2012

Answer: 
You can use the Tour Master Chaps with a Gerbing's jacket liner. The connectors will plug into each other and will work with the Gerbing's controller.

The Tour Master Synergy 2.0 Heated Chap Liner are designed to be a men's pant, however depending on a woman's size they could be unisex. Use the 'Textile Pants' sizing chart to determine your size. Sizing is based on body measurements in inches or centimeters.

I would consider them unisex. The jackets are designed to be worn tight, they have an elastic panel in the side, this allows a snug and comfortable fit.
