Great Air flow It's now 2 weeks in miami weather as summer getting around the corner and can only tell you good things about it. I was looking for summer gloves with good protection and the Spidi RV are exactly what I was looking for. very good air flow !!! with a great comfort . I am a 9' hand size and I had to return the XL for a XXL they run small . thanks again Revzilla for the exchange that was painless. cheers April 12, 2013
Best fitting Euro glove for me. I have a hard time with European brand leather gloves, I usually can't open my hand enough/stretch out /articulate my thumb as much as I need to without the fingers being too big. These let me move my hand around comfortably. They gave me a little bit of a blister on the palm near my middle finger at first, but after they broke in everything is pretty comfortable. Alpinestars Large, Dianese Large, Icon Medium. They flow a surprising amount of air for being a full leather glove and have held up well. Great amount of protection. A little up in price, but quality and craftsmanship is there. April 10, 2013
Larger than Alpinestars I wear a size Medium/9 in Alpinestars and they're a tiny bit snug. I ordered these in a Medium to find they were size 8 and really tight. I reordered a size Large/9 and they're a tiny bit loose. The Spidi logo on the index finger pealed off and it's day 1. The airflow is great. The vents on the tops of the ring finger and middle finger flow a ton of air (more so than the perforated fingers). April 16, 2012
Great street gloves for summer The glove fits very true to euro size, feels pretty much like GP Pro glove but is much softer. It vents great whats just its expected to. I hope i will never have to try how well it protects the arm. Cons is that the thumb is disproportionally long. September 22, 2010
good protection, vents, & feel Really good glove, for nicer weather. The vents worked nicely, as a cool breeze did enter the gloves through the vents. Protection seems very adequate for non-track riding. Some reviews I've read indicated overly long thumbs, but this turn out to be a good thing, when your hand is on the handlebars my thumbs nicely filled the gloves (less wear & tear on that part of the glove). Not the RV Gauntlet's little brother I own a pair of Spidi Race Vent gauntlet gloves and love them for their soft supple leather that gives excellent feel. The first time I tried them on I was impressed by the fit and leather quality. I thought the RV Coupes would be the same glove in a shorter format, but they are only the same in looks. Leather quality is not nearly as good and fit is not quite the same. They're not bad gloves, just not the premium glove that the race vent gauntlet is. April 14, 2010
worth the money This should by the minimum level of hand protection anyone should wear. For me , no more of those cheap MX style summer gloves I never felt safe wearing those fabric/leather summer short gloves for short rides or cruising around town. These gloves are made from butter soft leather with lots of safety features. I also own a pair of the full length race vent gloves and am very satisfied with them. Very high build quality, proper venting, safety and comfort are the reasons for the five star rating. January 25, 2010
