I'm only new to riding and this is my first helmet, although I have worn others. I have found this helmet to be quite loud and therefore uncomfortable at higher speeds.
The elliptical hinge design is very clever though and offers a great versatility to the helmet which rider friends of mine and myself have not experienced before.
The ability to completely swap the position of the chin bar and ride with an open face is excellent on hot days and the sun visor is very handy although it doesn't seem to come down far enough.
This helmet is not great for cold weather however, as there is some space around your face and chin for cold air to get in.
Also the helmet is quite large and heavy and I have found it to be uncomfortable on long rides.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Ive been riding with this helmet for the past 4 months. At first it was very snug and left marks on my face when I took it off because the cheek pads were so tight. After a while the padding has relaxed and it fits really well. The helmet is heavy, you can feel it after riding for a few hours and the helmet pulls forward. With the chin bar pushed back its changes the weight distribution to the back and its more comfortable to live with. The features work well, chin bar always locks into position and I've found the sun visor really handy and a lot more comfortable than wearing sunglasses.
The biggest drawback to this helmet is the wind noise, riding a 2007 VFR800 its unbearable. I've recently removed the ear pads to install speakers for a Sena bluetooth kit and the wind noise has increased again. It seems that the helmet funnels wind into your ears. A friend called me while I was wearing hte helmet and travelling at highway speeds, all he could hear was the wind. I've resorted to wearing a scarf to stop wind ingress until I get another helmet, its a real shame because its a great lid.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I'm a sucker for Tron-themed stuff, so when I needed a helmet with the features that were offered by this model, I jumped on it. After waiting a few times for the item to get back in stock I purchased my helmet. Unfortunately when I inspected the delivered item, the plastic surround for the chin vent was broken, the luminescent stripping only glowed weakly in a pitch-black room, and the chinbar did not lock securely in place. Another thing to be aware of is that the helmet fits quite tightly, so if you think you're a Medium, you might want to go for the large helmet if you're at the high end of the medium measurement range. I've already got the RMA in hand and will be shipping it back tomorrow first thing in the AM.

Answer:
While the helmet doesn't glow in quite the same way it appears in the photo, the white lines do absorb light for re-emission at night or in adverse weather conditions, giving an illumination similar to bicycle reflectors. Though they don't rely solely on the reflection from direct light, the light will appear brighter when they are illuminated. We would like to point out that this should be regarded as more of a design, rather than as a safety feature.

Answer:
Mine does very faintly glow in the pitch black darkness of a room with no windows, but it's a very subdued effect - don't expect anything like what you see in the photo. Perhaps if you charge it with a million candlepower spotlight. . .

The Shark Evoline fits quite large. Typically it is best to order a size smaller than you are used to.

Answer:
I would refer to the Shark size chart. I downloaded a PDF file of the manual for the helmet, and Shark's size chart differs from Revzilla's.
