Very impressed with this product
Sound quality and ease of use is 100 times better than my four year old Scala Q2 ever was. And being able to operate my phone, music and gps with the Bluetooth is a dream come true. The volume and clarity is leaps and bounds over what I have been used to. Installed both units in a matter of a few minutes and with the optional mic it was a VERY clean install. You can even ask it what you battery as for power left while you’re wearing the helmet. Our Q2's did us VERY well and I hope these will hold up for four years as well. But when it comes to ease of use and the things they will do the Sena is a new Goldwing and the while the Scala is more like a 1980's Honda 750. The 750 was dependable but certainly a no frills unit.

Made riding with partner much more enjoyable.
Bought this because my girlfriend and I were having problems communicating on seperate motorcycles. It has made the riding experience with her much easier and enjoyable because since she doesn't have much saddle time I can talk to her and answer any questions she might have. She is also the reason why I opted for the dial version over the newer button one.
The set has decent range but in the canyons it can become strained when rocks in between us, onobstructed the range is very good. It has some good functions besides the intercom, the phone clarity is very good in my shoei RF-1100 up to around 70 MPH and depending on wind conditions, but I've yet to maintain a conversation at full volume because I haven't needed to. The iPhone 4S voice control activates when the phone button is pushed but it can get frustrating because the phone needs a very clear set of directions without any background noise. The phone button on the Sena make it easier to answer and hang up though. All the controls are easy and the manual explains everything. You do have to re-connect the set to each other after the firmware update however but the manual makes it all a cinch. Very happy with the set. Don't know how durable it is because I don't beat on it but I've had it for about 3 weeks and works great, I ride everyday and commute to work late nights/early mornings so not manh cagers to worry about, just play some music and get to work. Install was easy, but I put the mic under the cheek padding because there was a little too much wind noise for the person on the line, after that they understood me a bit better. Speakers are nice and loud. Charges quick, lasts a long time.

Helpful accessory.
Used on a few short trips. Installed the wired microphone in both helmets. On a windy day, there was a bit wind noise as expected. Will try the boom to see if it works better on full face helmet. Very easy to use buttons with gloves on. Sound can be turned up very loud if you like. Overall, it has wind noise but on the other hand, without it there will be no communication. I would recommend it.

Good !
Sound quality is more than perfect, really better than the previous one I have had from another brand!
Also if it looks like robust, too early for me to give rating on durability. I’ve bought it for years and I’m using it only from few weeks!
Only disappointed because it's not possible to share music with the paired passenger but good to be able to have a conference call with a caller and the passenger. I cannot understand why it’s possible to share phone call and not music!
I hope it’s only a software limitation and that Sena will correct that soon!

Exceeded expectations
I purchased these for the purpose of communicating rider to rider. I used ear plugs and my buddy did not. We could hear each other loud and clear on the highway and when sitting in traffic. My helmet blocked all of the wind noise, but his did not. This was fixed by either attaching his windshield to his bike or by placing foam and a wind guard under the chin area of his helmet: either solution took care of the wind noise in 80mph riding.
Very easy to activate communication, adjust volume, and place in standby. Really pleased with the large jog wheel.
These changed my ride experience- I don't want to ride without them now: we communicated problem drivers, road hazards and intent to change lanes or exit. I did not test this product with music or with a cell phone.

Good product. Recommended.
I split an SMH-10 Dual Pack with a friend / frequent riding partner. He is very happy with the unit and wishes he had purchased it sooner. He rides a Tiger Explorer, and seldom uses earplugs on local trips, so the sound volume was fine for him. He also regularly uses the bluetooth function to receive phone calls and for GPS directions. He recently took a longer trip wearing earplugs and listening to music. The sound was okay up to about 75mph, which is about as fast as he rides, so no real problem.
I ride sport bikes and wear earplugs. Main usages: bike-to-bike, rider-to-passenger (borrowing friend's radio), and music. With the added wind noise, the sound volume is adequate most of the time, but I would prefer being able to add more volume.
Range B2B is about half of advertised. Worse with obstructions. Still fine for my current purposes.
I had to turn off the VOX on the intercom, as I was constantly getting "Intercom failed. Try again later." interruptions to the music when riding alone. I turned of the phone VOX on general principle.
The cigar lighter power adapter is underpowered. It charges the SMH-10 okay, but will not charge my cell phone. This means I have to carry two charges when traveling, or just leave the Sena charge at home. Not good.
Since this is principally a bike product, I would prefer to see it come with, or at least offer, a powerlet/BMW style charger.
My last disappointment is that the various companies cannot come to a common communication standard. It would be especially nice to be able to communicate with Cardo/Scala owners. I compared the units, and felt that the Sena was the better choice for me. I suppose both/all of the companies feel that they would lose sales by giving up exclusivity, but this really s/b addressed to bring the usefulness of the products into the current age. Can you imagine not being able to talk to your friends just because they don't own the same brand of phone?
As noted at the beginning, I'm glad I bought the product, but really would like to see the improvements implemented.

Great Product
This headset took 5 minutes to install, 1 minute to link to my phone another minute to link to my GPS. I use it daily commuting to and from work. Taking phone calls is easy, switching between music, phone, gps is just a button push.

Sena SMH10-11 Universal Bluetooth Headset Dual Pack
Two words - best ever!
Husband and I ride our own motorcycles, communication is a must to enjoy our ride, be safe and not get lost from each other. We have had, count them, three different products and now after calling Revzilla for their best match to our picky complaints - thankfully - Sena SMH10-11 Universal Bluetooth Headset Dual Pack is our product we use to communicate.
It is easy to use with my cell, pandora, MP3. Super easy to use together on our rides, clear audio with our full helmet and personal molded ear buds. NO annoying low battery beeping hours before it goes low!!!!!!!!!!!! No dropping off without notice. Battery life on this Sena SMH10-11 is fabulous. Oh, if you don't know the recharger is done off the same cable as our cell phones - oh yeah! Learn from our mistake we should have called Revzilla on our first purchase so save money by calling Revzilla's expert staff first.
