Great Device
This is my second SMH10. The sound quality is great with this thing. Easily links up with the smart phone to listen to music or take calls when riding.

Sound quality and control is spot on
This has sound clarity which is beyond belief; however, volume for music isn't perfect with road noise/loud pipes. Phone calls could not be better, no issue hearing or listening on either end of the call. Phone calls have been at all speeds from stop and go traffic to open highway at 75 mph. Large control knob make it easy to operate and answer calls. Pairing with Bluetooth to IPhone 5 was simple. Have not utilized this product with other riders yet. I use this product with a Shoie NeoTec and a Harley Road Glide. Overall excellent product.

Sena SMH10-11 make sense for motorcycling sound system
Picked up this unit with all the grate reviews it already has. Still tinkering with it and still need to get it on the highway but I'm sure this unit will keep impressing me as I learn more about it.
Installation took me 20min(?) and it was easy. I followed the book guides but you could do it without. Pairing to my phone (iPhone 4s) was so simple. I put on some music then loaded GPS and it all worked. The music dimmed then the GPS instruction were announced and the music commenced.

Awesome Bluetooth
Purchased my Sena SMH10-11 from Revzilla last week when I took it out of the box it was a matter of 5 minutes to install the hardware onto my helmet and about 2 minutes to sync the device with my iPhone 4. Then I was off riding and testing out the sound quality and ease of use. I use a a GPS APP called CoPilot Live and it works great along with a number of other motorcycle specific APPS. The sound quality is 9/10 iTunes sound great at all rising speeds. I did add the optional earphone pads to bring the speakers closer to my ears in the helmet. I do get a small amount of wind noise in my helmet as it is a modular, I am sure that when I get the second speaker and mic kit to install in my full face helmet this noise will be reduced.
Pro:
Great sound on all APPS
Ease to install
Size of unit easy to work with gloves on
Long battery power life
Cons:
The sound could use a bit more bass
Awesome product!
Cheers!

Very practical and easy to use.
Just two buttons to sequence and operate which is quiet easy to do even with gloves on. Nice crisp sound and fast pairing with another unit or with your blue tooth devices.

It's True... thing works right.
Let me start off this review by saying this is my second Bluetooth helmet system. Since the purchase of my new bike I have been looking for a Bluetooth system that will be easy to use and connects me to my mobile devices and allows me to chat with friends. I purchased a new helmet from a local store and was talked into buying a UClear HCB100. Just after two rides I knew I needed something better. Watching Anthony's YouTube review as well as others, I took the plunge when I also purchase a new HJC Symax III from Revzilla. I have not installed a helmet comm set before, the UClear unit was installed by the vendor so I was a bit concern I would screw it up with the Sena. I received the helmet and SMH10 in less than two days after ordering it. I watched the install video Revzilla has and also reviewed the Symax III product video. Knowing I can taken down the helmet's interior made the install so easy. After clapping down the main unit onto the helmet side, which took less than three minutes, installing the speakers was easy. Sena sends you everything you need for any helmet you may have. It also includes what I call speaker pads which elevates the speaker further off the side of the helmet ear well, I also use them. Once I had the speakers mounted routing the wires was easy. Replaced the Cheek pads, and guess what it looks like a pro job. Read the manual and got the URL for Sena and registered the unit. Once registered I was able to update the firmware. Sena has download device manager application that helps ID the device and manage the firmware. Once updated and charged I paired the unit to my Android phone in less than a minute. Sound quality is very good, heck excellent compared to the HBC. Looking forward to hooking up with my riding friend who also bought one from Revzilla as well. BLUF: Easy install, Easy firmware update, Easy use, Sounds great GET ONE.

awsome
This is great. I'm sure you've read the reviews so don't need the product info. But I have to say the sound quality out of the speakers blew me away. They sound terrific whether your on the phone/intercom or listening to music. The mics are also top notch and do a great job even at high speed. Once you get one of these you'll wonder why you hadn't already had one. I can't recommend these enough.

Sena SMH10-11 - Excellent, Easy, Worth it.
I reviewed everything I could find about ways to connect to my phone, gps, and other riders. Based on the reviews, and the Revzilla video I picked the Sena SMH10-11 for my new Schuberth C3 Pro helmet. I tried a bunch of helmets to find the most comfortable, most quiet one - then wanted a good, clear bluetooth connection.
The Sena unit was easily to pair and operate - I tried it before putting it on the helmet. I used the adhesive bracket as Schuberth has a sunshield control in the way of the clamp version. The separate boom mic was excellent as I could adjust it to perfectly fit - no problem. Sound is great - far better than I expected. I wear ear plugs for any faster rides, and could still hear the music well. The jog dial is pretty simple, and easy with both winter and summer gloves. The unit feels very solid - but time will tell on durability.
Thanks to RevZilla for steering me away from the standard SMH10 - as the attached boom mic would not have worked nearly as well given where the unit has to be attached on this helmet.
Oh, and no noticeable wind noise due to the exterior object on my helmet at 80mph. The Schuberth bluetooth system didn't have stellar reviews, and is dedicated to this helmet - while the Sena can be moved to others as desired.
