Sena SMH-10 Helmet Clamp Kit For Speakers And Earbuds
I wish this configuration came with the original unit & hope the future ones come with the earphone jack (same as the the MP3 on the current version).

Works great for me
I really like this addition/enhancement to the Sena SMH10, allowing me to use earbuds, controlled by Bluetooth & voice commands. I found the Sena speakers worked OK, usual with earplugs in, up to ~60mph. But I wanted better sound quality and noise reduction. I paired this unit with Shure 215 ear buds, and it's a phenomenal experience. I'm on a 2000 mi ride now, loving the music & twisties. Nice to be able to switch between speakers and earbuds.

A S: I am buying this in hopes it will allow use of earbuds on a half helmet because the SMH10 dual pack does not allow for earbud use and the half helmet my wife has will not take the half helmet model.Dec 26, 2014

A shopper asked:I have a Sena SPH10H Bluetooth I use with my 1/2 Helmet. Will this kit work with my Full Face Helmet using the Bluetooth Device I already have? That way I can use the same Bluetooth device on Both Helmets without having to set up and pair 2 separate devices! Thanks, DanJul 8, 2014
Steven B:I don't have the SPH10, so can't answer your question - but I bet it will. You should confirm with SENA if it uses the same Bluetooth module (the part that snaps into the helmet clamp).
I have this helmet clamp on one helmet, and the speaker-only SMH10 clamp on another, and I can switch the modules back and forth between them. One time I was getting only mono on my speakers, but I removed the module and snapped it back in, and it's worked fine since then.
Also, I can now listen to music and my passenger can also listen on her SMH10 - I downloaded a software update from SENA a few weeks ago for the SMH10, which enabled that. The music cuts out now and then for a split second, slightly annoying, but great that we can both listen together. You might consider that if you ride 2-up.Jul 8, 2014
