Schuberth SRC System for C3
Good Product, Great Service
The Schubreth products are top notch. Well thought out design, but a bit pricey. The Revzilla service and shipping is the best of any motorcycle accessory company I have done business with. Great job guys!

Had mine repaired and then replaced.
Bluetooth bike to bike intercom range still disappointing - only 200-300 yards and only with a clear line of sight.
Warranty - was very responsive - Revzilla people - great as always....

Spendy but good quality
The great thing about the Schuberth SRC System is that it is made specifically for the C3 helmet. It replaces the existing neckroll and fits perfectly into the helmet. It's a little difficult and tricky to get it installed and in place, but once there, it's like you don't even have a comms device on your helmet. The charger dongle tucks away nicely in the C3, but the internal padding on the C3W (my wife's helmet) doesn't allow that. So hers hangs out the back and down her neck. Not a big deal and she doesn't mind it, but something to keep in mind. The clarity is quite good. Occasionally there's some crackle, and we haven't been able to determine the cause, ie helmet screen not fully seated, microphone not turned exactly right, etc. It hasn't occurred often enough to really spend time investigating. I don't think I'm hard of hearing, but the volume could go up a little higher in my opinion. But we haven't had issues hearing each other at all. So that's really a nit. The buttons take a little to get used to, but the raised lines between them helps ensure you're pushing the right one. I would give this 5 stars, but it's an expensive option, so I docked it one. But it is WAY better than having some volume control and comms device hanging off the side of your helmet. If you have a C3 helmet, and a little more than spare change to throw around, this is the comms unit to buy.

Radio reception can be a bit spotty, but over all it's a nice system. Intercom is very easy, and does everything I'd expect from Bluetooth functionality.

The product so far has worked great. It is very easily installed into the helmet. It is also simple to pair with other devices and configure.

Works as advertised
The fit and functionality of this item is really outstanding. I have the standard Scala Rider Q2 on my other helmets, and this works as good or better in all areas as the Q2. It has the additional feature of being completely undetectable and contained within the helmet shell which does not detract from the helmets overall aerodynamics. The wind noise level with this item installed in the C3 helmet is so low that I can hear the external speakers on my bike(Victory Cross Country) clearly at speeds above 60 MPH, which is my preferred mode of use. I use this radio primarily for rider/passenger and telephone/GPS communication, although I find the FM radio to be of a higher quality than the one in the older Q2.

2 Sizes fit all? I don't think so.
So I've taken this thing for all of one ride so far, so I can't comment on it's reliability. I am fairly disappointed, considering how much this cost.
One, I have a Men's Small helmet and maybe my problems wouldn't exist if you had the large, but the size is for XS through Large so I feel entitled to complain the fit sucks. The replacement collar is visibly an inch longer on both sides. It was extremely difficult to put into the helmet, and it seems to be putting stress on the helmet where the pins slide in for the collar.
The boom is too large, there is absolutely no way for it to fit in the helmet without being pressed against my mouth or cheek. I happen to have a recording studio, so I'm sure I can find some smaller baffle to replace the included one.
I've had multiple issues with it maintaining a connection to my phone, but a2dp works so I won't be using bluetooth pairing in the future.
On the good side - It paired up easily with my wife's Scala Q3. Noise cancellation works fairly well. The dynamic volume is also a nice feature, but is distracting until I get used to it. I also like not having anything on the outside of my helmet - so that's why I gave it higher marks for style.
It seems like more hassle to return it and buy a q3, and I really really like not having something hanging off my helmet so I'll keep it, but I cannot recommend this. $400 for less features than the q3, and it doesn't even feel like a custom fit.

Good reliable product
This product serves its purpose. It is reliable, good quiet sound, easy to program, works well with your iPhone and GPS devices. Little difficult to install properly in helmet. Make sure the end lock fits inside the open slot in helmet so it does not come off while putting on or taking off your helmet. Very satisfied with product overall.
