Best light/city glove out there Have been using this gloves this whole summer and they are pretty much the best summer/city gloves that you can get for this money. Extremely comfortable. Very nice airflow, they never get my hands sweating even though I sweat like a pig on a slaughter house. Leather is the right thickness so movement with the gloves is very natural. Smartphone functions like a charm with the gloves. A little more protection on the wrist would be the only thing that would make this gloves perfect, but at this price point and with this features they are a no brainer. Buy them. November 18, 2015
Excellent city glove I wanted a city glove for my 5-6 mile commute that will have the capability to use my iPhone. This one works. I have another pair for winter that are similar and not perforated. I purchased it one sale and for the price I paid I think it is excellent. I am in between Rev'it! small and medium sizes and I went with medium. The price I have to pay is that the fingers are a touch long for me, but not bad. Overall, very happy with the purchased. November 9, 2015
Great pair of light gloves Gloves fit great around the knuckles and breathe super well. There are no real issues with flexibility or looseness so far. The finger integration for phones doesn't really work for anything involved, but I could see if you just had a mounted phone holder and wanted to answer a phone call or something it would be perfect. November 2, 2015
Very happy with these gloves I looked at lots of gloves before buying these and it did take a couple tries to get the sizing right. I would not consider myself to have big hands but I finally ended up with the XL size. I love the fit, the style, and the feel of these gloves. November 2, 2015
Excellent short cuff summer glove These are great summer gloves. Fit and comfort is great, and getting better as they wear in over time. The touch screen compatible material on the thumb and index finger tips works great on my iphone, which I use as a navigation device. I've already put 3000 or more miles on these and they are my go-to warm weather glove now. I like them so much I'm looking for a similar RevIt glove for cool weather use! October 19, 2015
Love these gloves First off, these gloves definitely fit a little small. Usually large gloves have a bit of wiggle room on my hands, but these were snug. They do stretch a little when you put them on, so that helps. The only uncomfortable part is the stitching at the tips of the fingers, but that's unavoidable with this type of stitching and isn't unique to these gloves. Besides that, I love the way they look and I like the way they feel. The air flow is good, not the best, but pretty good for the amount of protection offered. I do wish that the palm was TPR or something else substantial instead of just foam. Also I wish there was pinky support, but that's not a very common feature. As a side note, the gloves I got do have the gold "connect" fabric, but not like in the pictures. The gold part is only on the very tips, not on the pads like it shows. It's not a huge problem since the pads still work, just not as sensitive. The only parts that don't work are the seams. October 14, 2015
Poor quality. Stitches came off after total of 15 hour rides. How will these protect the riders' hands during a fall? The tips started to become fuzzy, wooly. The only thing positive about these gloves is the Connect finger tip. I do not recommend them. October 7, 2015
Uncomfortable without airflow Very tight fit and they do not provide proper airflow. The knuckle protection makes your hand to perspirate to the point to get it wet. Awful feeling while riding. I do not recommend this product. I won't buy them again. Don't let them fool you by the good look. October 6, 2015

Steven K asked: I have the dreaded long palm/short finger combination that makes finding the right glove a real hassle. The vids make these look like the fingers are somewhat long. What's your take? Aug 15, 2013

A s: Here are some of my own hand measurements to give you some idea and background data, going from the center of my hand.
Palm Length = 4 Inches
Middle Finger Length = 3 Inches
Palm Width Top of Hand = 3.5 Inches
Palm Width Middle = 4 Inches
Palm Width Wrist = Roughly 3 Inches

I have the large striker glove and it is extremely tight on my hand, and by tight I mean that the gloves take about 5-10 seconds to get on and off for each hand. With that being said they are perfect for my fingers and do not have much extra material on the tips, or anywhere for that matter, which is how a motorcycle glove should fit. If you want a tight fit and have similar dimensions as mentioned above go with the large glove, but the fingers are shorter than most of the other large gloves that I tried on when I went to Revzilla.

Also as a side note the gloves are great in all aspects and I would give them five stars and recommend them to anyone who was shopping.

David T: I find that the gloves require a size up. I myself don't have octopus-like fingers, but I found that everything was nice and snug with the correct size.

I usually wear a large but bought an XL based upon the reviews and I was not disappointed. Again, a snug fit.

A little bit of length isn't a bad thing as when you are operating the bike there is some finger movement as you pull in the clutch, operate the front brake..

I find them to be very comfortable but do take a couple rides to break-in.

G. Shannon P: I would consider my hand a large but I bought the XL. At first it was a bit tight but now my gloves fit perfectly. The fingers are not long as they appear in the photo. That's probably like the big fish picture effect. When it's held out in front it appears bigger. Anyway, to be clear, the fingers are not long. My gloves fit my hand perfectly. The palm on the grips are very smooth and comfortable too. Great glove just get a size larger and you'll love em. Aug 16, 2013

Barry W: Yes, I would say they are on the longer side. And that could be from the way they are built, which is definitely on the smaller side. I wear a large in a textile cortech, but had to go all the way to a XXL to get a good fit. I don't like a real tight fit because it makes my hands go numb after a couple of hours. I do have long fingers & these fit me perfect. I would say they are my favorite gloves so far. Aug 16, 2013

Ted W: I have pretty small hands and definitely do not have long fingers. I love these gloves. Usually, I do wind up with more room than I would like at the ends of the fingers. I have not noticed this as a problem with these gloves at all.

Do pay attention to their sizing guide. I ordered a size that I usually would not consider and they worked to be just right.

Philippe S: Gloves finger length are standard. The gloves run small so I ordered a XL though i am normaly a L and they fit fine. If you have short fingers you may want to order a size smaller than you need. Since these have fabric, they will stretch more than leather might. Good luck. Aug 16, 2013

Kevin Y: I have a pretty average shaped hand (not extremely long or short fingers). I have both this glove and Revit Carver, both of the same size. The Carver fits me a bit too big around the fingers. The Striker though fits me perfectly. Aug 16, 2013

John W: Steven,
I have a small hand and my palm is as long as my fingers. These glove fit alittle tight in the begining but after a few few rides broke in well. I like the dexterity I have with these gloves.

Eric D: These fit my hands well (fingers included) but they are a bit tight width-wise, mainly in the palm area. I like the gloves overall but had to return them for an "up size" to XXL. Hope this helps... Aug 16, 2013
Reply to Eric Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Justin N: Not sure if this helps at all, but I have long fingers and a large wasn't big enough. The gloves are so tight, I can't wear them. So, for me a size up from normal is what I needed. Aug 16, 2013
Reply to Justin Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Michael M: In general the gloves run small. I ordered my usual size XL and had to return them for XXL. My fingers are snug in the XXL so I would not say that the fingers are long. Aug 16, 2013

J A: My fingers are a bit on the short side, I often have extra bits at the end of my gloves that annoy me to no end, but these fit great, or at least better than most. Aug 16, 2013

Scott P: David these gloves do stretch a bit. Mine fit perfect when I got them and now they're a little roomy, as long as they're not cuttin off your circulation your good. The strikers just get better with time lol May 19, 2015

Steven K: My pair also fit tight. I normally get XL for size but went with XXL. They have stretched a little but still snug which I prefer. Pleased with the gloves. May 19, 2015

Ryan T: Yes it is on the the index finger of both hands. That being said the material tore off of mine fairy early but I by no means have 'taken care' of my mitts. I brutalize my bike and my gear and I still strongly recommend the Striker Gloves, they've been excellent for me and despite losing the material I still find using my phone easy as the seam on the fingertip works like a stylus! Jul 26, 2015
Reply to Ryan Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Johnny H: I used the finger tip portion for my phone access and found it 75% of the time usable. Had to rub the ends of my finger tips to make it work better. But, I do have a protective screen shield on my phone. So that could be the 25% difference. Jul 13, 2015

Chad S: Yes. The material is on both gloves. The material stops working when the gloves get dirty though. A wash will fix that. Jul 13, 2015

A S asked: I read all the reviews and Q&A, but still not sure on sizing.
My palm circumference is 8.5", base of pam to tip of middle finger 7 7/8" , middle finger 3 3/8" .
Normally wear an XL in other brands. Gear geek suggested XL based on my measurements, but some of the reviews would suggest 2XL.
Hoping someone with the same or similar measurements could chime in ?

Juan V: These gloves are small. Becareful. I bought a pair on my regular size and they were very tide. One size more is ok but it also depends on how loose you wear your gloves. If you like something looser it would be to size bigger. Oct 19, 2015

A shopper asked: Hi, I watched both reviews of subject gloves. I ride BMW K1200S or K1200RS. I prefer the "look" of the Striker vs the Neutron. I'm guessing the Striker is "burlier" since its intended for off-road use as well as street use. Is there that big a difference in the exterior dimensions between the two gloves. It appears that the Striker offers more protection than the Neutron, but, maybe its more cosmetic than functional. Thanks. Feb 1, 2013

RevZilla: The Striker glove is more protective than the Neutron, as it has hard knuckle protection. The Neutron, in the other hand, will be a bit lighter with its thermoplastic rubber (TPR) knuckle protection. Feb 1, 2013

interactive3: There's not much difference at all. I found the Striker to be more comfortable than the Neutron. That's the important thing. Otherwise the knuckle protection is different and some of the cloth cuts/types are slightly different. May 15, 2013

Lewis S asked: Need 5 or 6 suggestions for all day touring comfort good protection, in a summer glove. What gloves do you suggest? Feb 15, 2015

Alexander F: These have been a solid, well built pair of gloves. I have worn them now for about 1 1/2 yrs with no complaints. They have been far more comfortable than my previous pair of leather summer gloves and continued to meet my riding needs well into the fall and early spring riding season. Finger tip control of cell phone has been exceptional. Have yet to take a fall with these gloves but finger, palm, and knuckle portion of glove appears well armored. My son has a pair and has been very satisfied. Feb 16, 2015
