REV'IT! Sand Gloves
The best gloves that I have ever owned
I had never thought about buying into expensive gloves like these until my wife got a Rev'It jacket. I liked it so much that I bought the Sand jacket and pants combo. I couldn't go without the gloves so I bought those too. The gloves fit a little smaller than expected, much like the pants and jacket. I had to return the pants but I liked the gloves so I kept them and wore them wet to stretch them out a little. They were absolutely perfect. I have had them for over four years now. I wear them religiously while riding in the summer and winter. I've got heated hand grips on my R1200GS so there isn't much of a problem with keeping my hands warm. After three years, one of the finger pads came unstitched. Another one about two months later. I also wear these gloves while flying my powered paraglider. After a serious crash, two more finger pads came off and I tore a hole in the left pinky finger. But they saved my hands from what could have been horrific road rash. That was four years of wear on these gloves. I have never owned a pair of gloves that have lasted more than six months. Now I am about to order another pair that should last me another four years. I wish the jacket was as durable as the gloves. I've got problems with the zippers but I'll leave that to another review.

Love these gloves
These glove fit great and I have BIG hands. I ordered the largest they have and they fit perfect. Great quality and well made. Look as though they will last.
Very comfy and good air flow.

A great summer glove!
Just like my Revit Sand jacket and pants I love these gloves. My only complaint is the fingers are slightly narrow and tight. But not enough so to make me want to go to a larger size.

I was going about 30mph and fell on the right side. Below the patch that ripped there is another layer of leather that was completely untouched. My hand was fine and I was able to do quite a bit of handwriting the same day I fell. My hands are still fine. Much different color on the palm than the picture. They run small and are kind of uncomfortable after about 20 minutes of hard riding. Good gloves.

Well made glove if only the fit was better
I was really looking forward to finally getting some high quality gloves. The quality and features were not a disappointment but the fit is. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 155 lbs; I am not a large person but my fingers do not fit in these gloves. The length of the XLs is perfect it’s just the fingers are too tight. After an hour on the bike my fingers are tingling and falling asleep.

I have a number of Rev'it products, including the Phantom GTX gloves, and they're pretty universally excellent. These Sand gloves are no different: fit is perfect, look is great and they don't make you look like a squid. The protection is just average - while there is some light rubber armor on the knuckles and a skid pad on the heel of your palm, these are more about grip and air flow than protection.
I had been considering the Sand Pro gloves as well - but I'm glad I saved the ~$30 and stuck with these.

Great Summer Gloves
These gloves are comfortable, although when new the right palm tended to bunch up and almost prevented a good grip on the throttle until it broke in a bit. They breathe like champs. I can't comment on their durability, other than to say that when I stopped to help a motorist change a tire the other day the materiel on the back got kind of frayed in one spot during the 15 or so seconds I kept the gloves on while helping get their tire out from under their SUV. In summary, they are awesome summer gloves, but be careful with the mesh lining and you may need to break in the leather on the palm a bit to prevent bunching on the throttle.

This is a very comfortable pair of gloves.
I was looking for a light colored pair of ventilated gloves for warm weather riding.
The Rev'it Sand in white definitely fits the bill. The were comfortable from the first ride and have nice air flow. The palm material and padding are great. They run on the small size so you may want to go one size up on the size chart especially if you are close to the next size.
The only thing to watch is having the top of the fingers mesh snagging on the velcro of my jacket cuff when taking off the gloves.
I defintely recommend these gloves.
