Color bleeds onto the leather suit and stiches are coming off. Bought this product and I'm highly disappointed. At first, the color started to bleed onto my brand new track suit. Now the stitches along the zip liner and around the arms are coming off. All this in less than 10 track days. I bought this product from Revzilla. Going to contact the customer support to find out my options. I will upload some pics of the suit (with issues) soon. July 17, 2014
A Must Have for One Piece Race Suits If you have, or are thinking of purchasing, a one piece race suit do yourself a huge favor and buy one of these. It makes getting in and out of your race suit 100 times easier and it keeps you cool. I wear a size XL in most things (6'-2", 208 lbs.), but had to go up to a 2XL because I have a longer torso. This product has great features! This is an excellent and very comfortable undersuit!! May 5, 2014
Requires some practice, but it's worth it. Overall, in my opinion, this is pretty good option for base layers under your track suit. Could the entry zipper extend down a little further to make getting in and out of easier? Yes. But I can almost guarantee you that those that have had problems with tearing or hearing rips when getting in and out of are doing so because they aren't taking their time or are putting it on like its their race suit and assume it can just be pulled whichever way without problem. It is VERY form fitting, but by design obviously to be as unobtrusive as possible. I'm 6-1, 170lbs - Tall, athletic build and the size large fits like a glove. The first time I put it on, I could hear a small tearing sound, but that's because I didn't know how it fit and just tried to throw it on. I've had it on about 5-10 times since and now that I take my time and put the right arm in first (where there's more fabric due to the offset zipper) I have not had a single issue with it since. This suit makes getting in and out of your race suit a breeze because of the foot and finger loops. Overall, for the price, I think it can run with the rest. April 14, 2014
Stitching fell apart in less than 60 days The stitching on one of the arms completely gave out in less than 60 days of use and washings. I'm very disappointed in the quality. I would expect more. I've had bicycling gear last me years and stay in good condition. This lasted less than two months. September 30, 2013
Needs better zipper, more airflow First of all, the zipper is way to short and cheap. First suit I got the zipper broke after only two wears. Most importantly, the zipper needs to go down lower. Taking off or putting on the under-suit if your sweaty is hard enough (actually, d+mn near impossible, it sticks to you like glue), but because the zipper goes down to above you belly button, putting it on/off is a contortionist's nightmare. I know soon, I'll be breaking the zipper or seam while wriggling like a mofo trying to take it off while sweaty (as I said, d+mn near impossible). Also, needs better airflow. Next time getting aerostar or dianese. July 22, 2013
Not ergonomic at all I am 6 ft tall with athletic build and this suit is almost impossible to get in and out of. Zipper doesn't go down far enough. I nearly dislocate my shoulders getting into it. Also fits very tight. I prefer a looser fit such as what dainese offers. I will order that next time. Last, I think it fits smaller than usual. Crotch area if you know what I mean. Dainese recommended large based on my size but I think Xl would be the right size. June 3, 2013
Great style and functionality This undersuit seems like a great piece! The fit is somewhat tight, still not have had a chance to test it on the racetrack! Will let you know about climate control features.... Saludos! May 22, 2013

A shopper asked: Is there a numeric to letter size conversion chart for undersuits & race suits? If I am a size 38" chest, should I order this in Small or Medium to get an optimum & snug fit? Aug 12, 2011

Stevan P: We would suggest a size small based on your measurements. You definitely do not want the suit to be baggy. Aug 31, 2011

Rob855: Each item on Revzilla is offered with a size chart. If you are interested in Dainese products, simply download the comprehensive chart. It gives every bit of info you will need to choose the correct size. You will need a basic understanding of the metric system. Some of the measurements are displayed in 'cm', that is, centmeters. Remember that one inch US is equal to 25.4 millimeters.
For example a Dainese men's one piece suit, size Euro 50 (US 40), has chest girth of 100.0 cm, which is 1000 mm. 1000mm, divided by 25.4 (millimeters per inch) equals 39.37 inches. Therefore a Euro 50 suit is about equal to a US size 39. Recall that Dainese cuts it race suits rather tight. I hope this helps you.

PeteFLUSA: I just got two undersuits and I found both were quite forgiving as far as size. I believe you have to look at how much surface area you need to cover, which can likely be roughly translatable to weight. I weigh 170lb and bought larges in both undersuits. I tend to fit size 44 US/54 Euro in race suit. A friend of mine who weighs 140lb and wears 42 US/52 Euro saw the fit and decided for a Medium.
I hope this is helpful!
