REV'IT! Excellerator Race Undersuit
It's Hard to Fit a Tall Rider, But They Try
I'm 6'5" and built wiry (about 30" waist, 36" inseam, 40-ish" chest, 26" arm length), so it's hard to find riding gear that fits all my limb and torso measurements closely—and that includes undersuits.
I've been using UnderArmour tunics and leggings inside my armor for awhile, and paying for it by sweating a lot, so I decided to give Rev'It a try since I already wear their gear (Replica jacket and GTR tall pants, zipped together into a full suit—and those fit well, although the sleeve length on the jacket is an inch or two short). After checking the sizing chart and contacting Rev'It directly with my measurements, they recommended the medium.
The limb length on the Excellerator undersuit is surprisingly good (even the arms, by comparison to the jacket), although the torso is a hair short for me. That said, for someone who is shorter than myself and fits the remaining sizing specs, this is likely to be a perfect fit. The foot stirrups are comfortable and don't pull excessively; the thumb loops at the ends of the sleeves are helpful but not entirely necessary, considering the snug fit of the material.
The material is comfortable and the seams are not problematic (and the design elements on the shoulders and back are neat), although the bias tape and label inside the neck are a bit scratchy so I cut them out. The front trapdoor zipper for restroom breaks is a useful touch. The main zipper is offset, which doesn't do much for me either way since it stops well above the crotch—speaking of which, there are two front seams to allow for an area in the front for your bits, although it's a little confining. The backseam does go right up the middle and give you a yoga-pants look, so don't skip out on leg day and squats and deadlifts at the gym.
The only thing I find missing about this suit is that its neck is crew-style bordering on boat-neck, instead of having a band collar or high collar, but as I often wear a balaclava or neck gaiter, it's not an overwhelming issue.

Great looking undersuit but doesn't hold up well
I purchased this undersuit to wear under my one piece race leathers and just after one use the zipper broke. After reading the other reviews it looks like others have had issues with the zipper too.
I really loved the fitment of this undersuit as well as the looks of it but that doesn't do any good when the zipper system completely falls apart.
If they would install a more secured zipper on this suit I would consider buying it again.

Zipper and seam make "vertical center" too tight.
I purchased this undersuit because it looked nice and had some good reviews.
The material is nice and very stretchy and the suit looks great. It's a bit hard to get in and out of the arms and shoulders, but not that bad.
The reason I have given it a low review is, while 90% of the suit fits fine, one portion does not. There is a large zipper that runs the length of the front of the suit from the neck to above the crotch, slightly offset from center. Close below, there is a smaller zipper that allows access for bio breaks. Lastly there is a seam that runs up between your butt to about your lumbar.
Now, I don't think I have a long torso, never been a problem for me anywhere else. But because the zipper and seam do not stretch at all, this suit is very tight starting from the neck, all the way down to crotch and around and up to the lumbar. This forced me to place my bits uncomfortably off to the side instead of center, as that center zipper/seam combo was threatening to cut off their circulation. All other portions of the suit fit nicely.
I only have one complaint about this undersuit, but for my fit it is enough to not buy it again. I listed below my size and race suit size to help you out.
Undersuit Size: Large
5'8" 200 lbs
Build: Don't lift bro, but I plyo
Race Suit Size: 52 (Dainese Aero EVO C2)

Comfortable and good for a track suit
This under suit is very comfortable and made getting into my one piece race suit much easier than without it.
While more expensive than under armour heat gear (shirt and pants), this works really well with the race suit especially since both the leg holes and hand holes have something that wraps around your finger (or feet) to prevent the fabric from getting caught as you put on a form fitting race suit.

Color bleeds onto the leather suit and stiches are coming off.
Bought this product and I'm highly disappointed. At first, the color started to bleed onto my brand new track suit. Now the stitches along the zip liner and around the arms are coming off. All this in less than 10 track days. I bought this product from Revzilla. Going to contact the customer support to find out my options. I will upload some pics of the suit (with issues) soon.

A Must Have for One Piece Race Suits
If you have, or are thinking of purchasing, a one piece race suit do yourself a huge favor and buy one of these. It makes getting in and out of your race suit 100 times easier and it keeps you cool. I wear a size XL in most things (6'-2", 208 lbs.), but had to go up to a 2XL because I have a longer torso.

Requires some practice, but it's worth it.
Overall, in my opinion, this is pretty good option for base layers under your track suit. Could the entry zipper extend down a little further to make getting in and out of easier? Yes. But I can almost guarantee you that those that have had problems with tearing or hearing rips when getting in and out of are doing so because they aren't taking their time or are putting it on like its their race suit and assume it can just be pulled whichever way without problem. It is VERY form fitting, but by design obviously to be as unobtrusive as possible. I'm 6-1, 170lbs - Tall, athletic build and the size large fits like a glove. The first time I put it on, I could hear a small tearing sound, but that's because I didn't know how it fit and just tried to throw it on. I've had it on about 5-10 times since and now that I take my time and put the right arm in first (where there's more fabric due to the offset zipper) I have not had a single issue with it since. This suit makes getting in and out of your race suit a breeze because of the foot and finger loops. Overall, for the price, I think it can run with the rest.
