Zipper and seam make "vertical center" too tight. I purchased this undersuit because it looked nice and had some good reviews. The material is nice and very stretchy and the suit looks great. It's a bit hard to get in and out of the arms and shoulders, but not that bad. The reason I have given it a low review is, while 90% of the suit fits fine, one portion does not. There is a large zipper that runs the length of the front of the suit from the neck to above the crotch, slightly offset from center. Close below, there is a smaller zipper that allows access for bio breaks. Lastly there is a seam that runs up between your butt to about your lumbar. Now, I don't think I have a long torso, never been a problem for me anywhere else. But because the zipper and seam do not stretch at all, this suit is very tight starting from the neck, all the way down to crotch and around and up to the lumbar. This forced me to place my bits uncomfortably off to the side instead of center, as that center zipper/seam combo was threatening to cut off their circulation. All other portions of the suit fit nicely. I only have one complaint about this undersuit, but for my fit it is enough to not buy it again. I listed below my size and race suit size to help you out. Undersuit Size: Large 5'8" 200 lbs Build: Don't lift bro, but I plyo Race Suit Size: 52 (Dainese Aero EVO C2) June 6, 2015
Comfortable and good for a track suit This under suit is very comfortable and made getting into my one piece race suit much easier than without it. While more expensive than under armour heat gear (shirt and pants), this works really well with the race suit especially since both the leg holes and hand holes have something that wraps around your finger (or feet) to prevent the fabric from getting caught as you put on a form fitting race suit. Color bleeds onto the leather suit and stiches are coming off. Bought this product and I'm highly disappointed. At first, the color started to bleed onto my brand new track suit. Now the stitches along the zip liner and around the arms are coming off. All this in less than 10 track days. I bought this product from Revzilla. Going to contact the customer support to find out my options. I will upload some pics of the suit (with issues) soon. July 17, 2014
A Must Have for One Piece Race Suits If you have, or are thinking of purchasing, a one piece race suit do yourself a huge favor and buy one of these. It makes getting in and out of your race suit 100 times easier and it keeps you cool. I wear a size XL in most things (6'-2", 208 lbs.), but had to go up to a 2XL because I have a longer torso. This product has great features! This is an excellent and very comfortable undersuit!! May 5, 2014
Requires some practice, but it's worth it. Overall, in my opinion, this is pretty good option for base layers under your track suit. Could the entry zipper extend down a little further to make getting in and out of easier? Yes. But I can almost guarantee you that those that have had problems with tearing or hearing rips when getting in and out of are doing so because they aren't taking their time or are putting it on like its their race suit and assume it can just be pulled whichever way without problem. It is VERY form fitting, but by design obviously to be as unobtrusive as possible. I'm 6-1, 170lbs - Tall, athletic build and the size large fits like a glove. The first time I put it on, I could hear a small tearing sound, but that's because I didn't know how it fit and just tried to throw it on. I've had it on about 5-10 times since and now that I take my time and put the right arm in first (where there's more fabric due to the offset zipper) I have not had a single issue with it since. This suit makes getting in and out of your race suit a breeze because of the foot and finger loops. Overall, for the price, I think it can run with the rest. April 14, 2014
Stitching fell apart in less than 60 days The stitching on one of the arms completely gave out in less than 60 days of use and washings. I'm very disappointed in the quality. I would expect more. I've had bicycling gear last me years and stay in good condition. This lasted less than two months. September 30, 2013
Needs better zipper, more airflow First of all, the zipper is way to short and cheap. First suit I got the zipper broke after only two wears. Most importantly, the zipper needs to go down lower. Taking off or putting on the under-suit if your sweaty is hard enough (actually, d+mn near impossible, it sticks to you like glue), but because the zipper goes down to above you belly button, putting it on/off is a contortionist's nightmare. I know soon, I'll be breaking the zipper or seam while wriggling like a mofo trying to take it off while sweaty (as I said, d+mn near impossible). Also, needs better airflow. Next time getting aerostar or dianese. July 22, 2013

Jonathan G: Need an undersuit for my one piece Joe Rocket track suit. The Rev'it suit looks like it will make a good two season (spring into summer) undersuit if I take my time putting it on. Feb 27, 2015
T A: Got for a second undersuit as I wear daily. Can launder one while having one to wear same day under street and track suit. Is a men's cut but in a small, fits me well enough. Essentially have to get undressed already for "bio" breaks so pulling down the undersuit is not really any big inconvenience at the same time as track suit. Jan 25, 2015

Stevan P: We would suggest a size small based on your measurements. You definitely do not want the suit to be baggy. Aug 31, 2011

Rob855: Each item on Revzilla is offered with a size chart. If you are interested in Dainese products, simply download the comprehensive chart. It gives every bit of info you will need to choose the correct size. You will need a basic understanding of the metric system. Some of the measurements are displayed in 'cm', that is, centmeters. Remember that one inch US is equal to 25.4 millimeters.
For example a Dainese men's one piece suit, size Euro 50 (US 40), has chest girth of 100.0 cm, which is 1000 mm. 1000mm, divided by 25.4 (millimeters per inch) equals 39.37 inches. Therefore a Euro 50 suit is about equal to a US size 39. Recall that Dainese cuts it race suits rather tight. I hope this helps you.

PeteFLUSA: I just got two undersuits and I found both were quite forgiving as far as size. I believe you have to look at how much surface area you need to cover, which can likely be roughly translatable to weight. I weigh 170lb and bought larges in both undersuits. I tend to fit size 44 US/54 Euro in race suit. A friend of mine who weighs 140lb and wears 42 US/52 Euro saw the fit and decided for a Medium.
I hope this is helpful!
