Premium protection has been incorporated into the gloves at the areas of greatest vulnerability in a crash. Good amount of glove for the price These gloves replaced a pair of gauntlet gloves I had so I was stepping down in the the technicality of the glove but I feel these are just as strong and they are very comfortable. The airflow is great if you spread your fingers a bit. My only cons were fraying of the ends of some of the threads but that seems to happen on all gloves when you ride almost daily like myself. There was also some plastic material on both gloves that perturbed inside and stabbed inbetween my thumb and index finger that I had to trim off but afterwords they were perfect. I wish that more gloves connected the pinky and ring finger though. November 9, 2015
Love the fit, wish they were more durable. These gloves are super comfortable to wear and I love the airflow. Unfortunately, it only took a few months for them to start showing signs of major wear. For a motorcycle glove I'd expect a high level of durability, and the fact that they wore down so easily makes me worried about getting in an accident with them. October 27, 2015
Actually tested I bought these gloves and loved them for all of 3 months before I had an off. A moderate one, 25-30 MPH, landed on the right side. nothing too serious, some road rash, no ambulance ride or anything. HOWEVER!! Stitching at seam of pointer finger popped. Seam at palm of hand popped, seam at ring finger knuckle popped. Conclusion? Not worth the $100+ I paid for them. My hand is ok, minor cuts and abrasions, but to have had these seams pop at 30 MPH?!?!?! Imagine that speed doubled, your hand is shredded. If I could figure out how to upload the photos I would. I really liked these gloves, pretty much 3 season rideable. They just totally failed when I actually needed them. Rev'it a no go. Sorry. October 6, 2015
Well worth the price Great looking. Well made. Fit as advertised. Recommended September 28, 2015
Great ventilaton for hot weather, well executed design and fabrication. I got the white with black trim to minimize heat (radiation) absorption in the summer. White combined with the excellent ventilation results in a great hot weather glove. The run small, so buy a size larger than you expect. I have worn these for 2 years and they have many years of life remaining. Excellent design and execution. Recommended! September 21, 2015
Cómodos, tamaño ajustado excelente calidad y terminados. El tamaño es muy justo, si tienes las palmas de las manos grandes te recomiendo una tal mas arriba, sino la talla es correcta. September 7, 2015
Excellent Pair of Gloves. Excellent Price. As a rookie rider I was simply looking to as high as I can afford while still finding a pair of gloves that would provide the protection needed. Thus far I'd say the Rev'IT! Chevron gloves met my expectations. At $109 they were easy enough to bit the bullet on after a few video reviews and Customer reviews. Style - These are a pair of stylish looking gloves. The short cuff offers protection up past the wrist while not becoming to obtrusive if you're wearing a leather jacket. I own the Black/Red color scheme and they look fantastic. Comfort - After following the measurements I purchased a Medium. First time on these gloves are TIGHT. I'd say uncomfortably tight to the point where I as thinking about returning them the same day. However, keep in mind these do break in with wear. So with that in my mind, I risked wearing them out for a ride. These began to break in almost immediately. After three 2-3 hour riding sessions these have now broken in so comfortably that they fit like a...glove. Protection & Durability - These will remain to be seen. Looking at the glove it does give the impression it will hold up and do its job in the event of a fall or mishap. As durability goes, those who've had these longer than I have can attest to this. As one who takes great care of my belongings I'm looking for these to last me at least 3-4 riding seasons. Air Flow & Features - Air flow is great. You can absolutely feel the wind enter at moderate to high speeds. I haven't encountered sweaty hands during my rides. Features great knuckle protection as well as finger protection. Overall, I am certainly happy with my purchase. If you measure properly and round up or down based on placement you will have no problem. Anyone looking for a great pair of gloves at a fair price should take the Rev'IT! Chevron gloves into heavy consideration. July 28, 2015
Amazing gloves Big fan of Rev'It! Products. They have the style and protection I am looking for. My last pair of Rev'It! Gloves I owned for over 4 years. Recently my hand eczema started acting up and I found out it's because of heat and poor ventilation. My old gloves didn't provide the ventilation and made my had look like it went through a meat grinder. I got the new Rev'It! Gloves and they are very well ventilated. My only gripe is they are really tight around the palm of the hand right now so it is uncomfortable on long rides so I'm hoping they stretch out. Other then that, they match my helmet perfect and look awesome. Thanks Revzilla! June 29, 2015

A shopper asked: Hi, was wondering if you would recommend these gloves over the Revit Fly gloves? I am a daily rider who is looking for comfort and safety. Curious to know what you think. Aug 26, 2013

Austin A: Personally I do not own the Rev'it fly gloves nor do i know any one who does. However i was looking into them when i was in the market for a new pair of gloves. What i can say is Rev'it makes very good quality products and i have experienced this through the chevron glove. Viewing the pictures and video featured on Revzilla i can definitely tell you that the cuff on the fly is more low profile and would slide more easily under a jacket sleeve than the chevron but also offers less protection and padding. For me personally, when i was buying gloves, carbon fiber was a must for me. Not only the styling but the feeling of protection in the event of a crash is very important. Also I'm sure being produced by the same manufacturer the perforation on both gloves is very similar and the Chevron breath very nicely but are not going to let your hands freeze when you start getting into the 50-60 degree riding or early morning riding. As for comfort i can only speak on the side of the chevron. The external stitching is very nice and makes for a nice smooth interior of the glove. The glove does take about a week or two for them to fully break in. (maybe a little less for a daily rider) The pre curve of the fingers is also well done to where it is comfortable yet you still have full longevity of your fingers. The glove is also snug, not as in uncomfortable but in the idea that i know it will remain in place at all time. Overall I feel the Chevron gloves offer a bit more protection in the cuff, fingers and definitely knuckles and you can see that reflected in the price difference of the gloves. I would highly recommend the Chevron gloves to any daily or tour rider due to there quality construction and comfort but I would also feel confident in saying that the fly gloves are also a quality glove for the price. I hope this has helped you and if you have any more questions please ask!
Ride on,

Aaron N: REV'IT Chevron versus Fly? Hmmm. I personally prefer the slightly more track-inspired look and boxier fingers of the Chevron but just ever so slightly. The Fly wasn't available when I was shopping for gloves. I would have been asking the same question that you are now if the Fly had been available. Palm-wise, they look to be very similar and I would imagine the fit is very similar. I always wear a mesh jacket and the Chevron gloves can either go under or over the jacket cuff; I prefer over the cuff. I really think you're looking at a preference decision more than which is "better". This brand runs small so order a size larger than you normally would. Even when you have the correct size, they don't feel large enough until they stretch out--especially on your pinky finger. Sep 3, 2013

Christopher M: I have these gloves and wear them every time I ride which is almost daily. They are very comfertable and made very well. Protection wise with all the leather, padding, and hard shell knuckles and fingers, its like having a bullet proof vest on your hands. Fitting the gloves fit snug, but not too tight its a very good feel. The chevron gloves are not completely perferated like the fly gloves are, but there is the mesh between the fingers that let's in a generous amount of air. I have been caught in a heavy down poor and my hands were completely dry, but I never have sweaty hands with these gloves. All in all I would recommend spending the 20 extra dollars on the chevron gloves. Hope this helps you out.

George P: Yes I would recommend these for daily use because they are very comfortable and provide a lot of protection for the price. My problem with the gloves I have I figured is maybe due to a defective pair maybe and I unfortunately got that pair, but regardless they are good gloves I would recommend for daily use. Keep in mind though that you might end up having the same problem with them that I did. Its a risk you have to take with anything though made of leather Aug 27, 2013

William W: I don't have a personal experience with rev'it fly gloves, but the chevron gloves have been okay. They are comfortable and good looking. I just question some of the quality of the leather. Within a month of owning the gloves, the leather on the seam of where the Velcro is started to tear. And shortly after that another small tear began at the thumb seam along the palm of the same glove. But on a high note the other glove is pristine. Aug 27, 2013

Bruce M: Great gloves!!! I've only used them during the summer months so no experience in transitional weather. Ventilation is excellent. Material and workmanship is typical Revit quality which in my experience has been above average. Order a size larger than you normally do as they run a full size small. Aug 27, 2013

Wayne P: Yes i'm very happy with the Chevron glove. Very comfortable, good level of protection. My hand size is about 10 1/4 and the xxl fit like it was custom made for my hand. The Fly glove is also nice, but is a tighter fit in the same size, I keep them as an extra pair. Aug 27, 2013

Geoffrey M: I can't speak to the Fly gloves because I haven't tested them. I chose the Chevrons because of the little extra protection. For summer touring though, I think the Flys look fine. These gloves will fit tightly when you first buy them, but they do stretch a little. Aug 28, 2013

alan k: I have not used the the Revit Fly, but these gloves are my daily gloves and they are very comfortable. I had to trim some extra leather hanging from the seams on the inside to stop it from digging in a bit, but thats all I had to do. Aug 27, 2013

tom c: Would not recommend the Chevron gloves. They never seem to break in. Very uncomfortable, No real stretch panel, puts lots of unwanted pressure on the back of your hand. Dont Buy Aug 28, 2013
