The REVIT Bomber Gloves are no-nonsense gloves with a classic, stylish design that will match almost everything in the REV'IT! lineup. These gloves offer excellent performance and deliver outstanding protection. The TPU palm slider will help you slide smoothly and safely when necessary and the protection on the fingers and knuckle will protect you against impact. The black Bomber gloves won't ever go out of style and can be used for many seasons to come.

Handsome Balance Between Protection and Ventilation
I saw the Revzilla product video review earlier in the year and decided I wanted to give these a try. Evidently, REV'IT! had to work out a sizing issue, and the glove wasn't immediately available. However, while the Bomber wasn't ready for summer, summer also wasn't ready for the Bomber. Just as temps are starting to come up, I got the email notification from Revzilla that the Bomber was in stock.
I ordered according to the REV'IT! size chart and am happy with the overall fit. The outside two fingers of the glove are a touch long for my hand (1/8"). But, it's hardly noticeable when on the bike. The Bomber's pre-curve is moderate, and the leather protection is supplemented with (hard plastic, I believe) palm sliders at the ulna.
The Bombers are not as substantial as my Dainese Carbon Covers. However, the Dainese lack the palm sliders and I've never been keen on the Dainese's cuff design, particularly for summer time riding. Side by side, the Bomber appears to be a bit more of a "tailored" glove - slimmer fingers - not narrower, just less bulky. I assume the Bomber's perforated leather is a bit thinner, overall. I did notice some initial contact with the webbing between my fingers, but this has gone away after the first ride.
There are short cuff gloves with better protection. But, the Bomber is a well made product with a handsome balance between protection and ventilation.

Similar to Rev'it Monster gloves
I've owned the Rev'it Monster gloves for a couple years, in a medium size and they felt a bit tight. Got these ones in a Large, and at first glance they feel and look about the same as the Monsters (including the fact they somewhat feel tight against the webbing between my fingers, hence a star off).
These are too large however. My hand is about 8.5 to 8.75" around when I measure without pressing it against a table, and nearly 9" when inlay it flat on a table (so that the hand spreads out a bit). These are a bit baggy and fingers way too long (my index is a little under 3" and middle about 3 1/4. But they did feel comfortable. I did not ride with them, so can't comment on long term comfort. The Monsters tend to crumple a bit in the palm and get a bit uncomfortable after a couple of hours, but the construction of the Bombers would seem to indicate they might not crumple like that.
So maybe a Medium is in my future...!
