Reevu MSX1 Helmet High Visibility

The world's first rear-view helmet!  Reevu has been the industry leader in rear view technology with their patented mirror system, manufactured from a reflective polycarbonate material rather than glass! The polycarbonate material is almost impossible to break, weighs less than glass and provides additional safety and comfort to the rider. The mirror system essentially bends the light around the shell of the helmet, offering a clear view of what's behind. The Reevu System works just like a car's rear view mirror offering awareness of the road ahead and behind without making a conscious effort as both are simultaneously in your field of view.

  • Patented rear-view technology
  • Tri-composite carbon fibreglass, Kevlar and synthetic hi-tenacity advanced fibre shell
  • Fully removable and washable liner
  • Anti-fog face shield
  • The Reevu Mobility Program gives the rider  an opportunity to replace their Reevu helmet that has been damaged in a crash with a new one at just 1/2 of the price

Good Helmet but rear view mirror is disappointing I purchased this helmet for the sole purpose of having rear visibility. The helmet does have a faint view of the rear, it feels the same as having the small rounded aftermarket mirrors that vehicle stick to their side view mirror. The helmet itself was very nice & quiet, one of the better ones that i have owned, so i decided to keep the helmet. If you are purchasing this helmet for the rear vision, you would be disappointed. If you are looking for a good full faced helmet, this is a good choice indeed. September 1, 2014
Runs small, if you're on the cusp go a size up The rear view mirror on this helmet is pretty awesome, and works great as long as you don't have a passenger. Definitely supplements my bar end mirrors exactly as I'd like. My only grips is that it runs small. I'm between a large and an XL, and normally squeeze into a large comfortably and safely. This one (at least without having broken in the padding yet) sits higher on my head so there's more neck-level wind noise. I'd recommend going a size up if you're in between like me. This isn't a track helmet anyway, so the fitting doesn't need to be perfect. July 28, 2014
Too heavy and loud. "Rear-View" useless on hight speed. My neck hurts after the thirty minute trip. A lot of noise with non-stock visor. July 7, 2014
Cool This is so cool and usefull I use it all time. Mirrors is cool July 7, 2014
Need more airflow there are two spots for airflow but it is not enough July 5, 2014
Does what it say. Helmet fits true to size. Every helmet is different. Have to wear a large in TORQ helmets. My hat measurements in most helmets suggest I wear a XL but TORQ XL was huge. Was going to order a L in this helmet but after trying on NOLAN, SHOEI and HJC at a look motorcycle shop I knew that a large would be too small. Would fit but would probably be painful. Rear view system works. Not HD but does let you see what is behind you. Would recommend this helmet. Quieter that the TORQ but it is a modular. May 20, 2014
Must Have The fit was excellent! It only took 2 rides to get use to it. Definitely helps with blind spots. July 1, 2014
Very convenient This helmet gives an extra boost to your confidence by enabling you to see directly behind you! In time this will become a more sought after product once riders get the chance to try it out. With the limited amount of dealers out there it makes buyers standoffish. The pros are well known: REAR VIEW, the quality of materials is very high, quick release chin strap Cons: the gaudy labels all over the helmet and the quick release chin strap. I talked a friend (female, so no Adams apple) into getting one of these as well and we're still trying to adjust June 2, 2014

allanoue: Get 6" way from any mirror and look at stuff behind you. It is not a problem. Objects less then a foot away are fuzzy for me also. I have had this helmet for 1 1/2 years. Aug 27, 2012
