Great pegs
I bought my R6 in horrible condition, among other things, the right foot peg was snapped in half. I ordered these to replace them and I couldn't be happier. Installation was pretty easy and involved drilling out the right side rivet holding the peg to the mount, while the left was just a cotter pin.

Great add-on (or in my case replacement)
The footpegs are great in terms of ease of install, finish, and value. Also, big kudos to Revzilla for quick turn around on the order. Ordered these on Monday and they were on my doorstop when I got home from work Tuesday!

Looks great, works great!
My bike fell over in the driveway and snapped the left footpeg, so I bought these in a hurry to replace the broken one. They look great, are a tad bit smaller than the stock pegs, and the light silver color matches my rearsets very well. Word of caution for anyone looking to change out their footpegs though: This isn't a fault of this product at all, but note that on some R6's the left footpeg slips right off--all you need to do is remove a small pin with a pair of pliers. However, the right footpeg is riveted on for some reason, and you will need a dremel or drill to remove and replace it. Not sure why they designed it this way but for the guy living in a city apartment such as my self with very limited power tools, this was an unpleasant surprise. Also, reuse your existing springs (they will fit) if you like the spring return as the new footpegs do not come with springs.

Better Than Stock...
I had to buy these cuz my cheapo ones i got from china failed.
I was trying to do a wheely one day and my left side foot peg snapped off.. luckily i saved and avoided a crash. word of advance "dont go cheap on your pegs"

These are def worth the money.. good grip. they may be slightly longer than stock. but not to much.
R6 pegs are not the greatest. i recommend anyone who has one upgrade them before you do any riding.

Lightweight Durable product with good grip.
Replaced OEM foot pegs, they feel very sturdy and durable and lighter. Some of the OEM hardware is required for install (Spring) But the rest is all new. Also note that on my 2005 R6 I had to drill out the rivet on the right side foot peg for installation.

Easy to install
The product installed in under 10 minutes, though as it is a universal part other bikes might require more intensive retrofitting.

BEST ANSWER: Yes they will. (I have them on my 2011 R1, which is essentially the same bike as the 2010.)
Will these for a 2016 Yamaha R6?
A shopper on May 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I believe so, I do not think the footpegs have changed for the new R6... Theses are pretty universal and would fit my fz07 as well
For the people who removed the riveted footpeg, is there a replacement part that comes with the PSR footpegs?
A shopper on Jun 24, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The psr pegs come with new pivot pins and cotter pins to replace the old hardware.
