Covert your Powerlet socket into dual usb connections. Waterproof and low profile design. Allows to charging of multiple decvides. Works great with tablets and smartphones iPad, Android, Galaxy, MP3s, and GPS.
Good Item if it fits correctly on your bikes setup
Build of the product is great. But it did not fit in either of my two powerlet outlets firmly or made contact properly for the power to start flowing. Had to wiggle the connector to get it to work which will not work during a ride, so I am going to have to return this.

Mini power farkles FTW
Great charger, snaps in solidly to my 1996 BMW's power port and keeps my phone charged while running my nav and music apps. It doesn't interfere with the dash rocker switches or the handlebar. The LED is always on, but the current drain is negligible and looks like a security warning, so that's cool.

Does what it says.
I purchased this to power a GPS and charge my phone at the same time. It is very convenient to have two USB ports on the bike. The only issue I found is that it mounts at an angle, which on my bike may interfere with the bars if I point it forward. Other than that ti works great.

Does the job.
I just got this and used it to charge my iPhone wile riding. It did the job but my only complaint is.
Its a sloppy fit into the power port on my Bmw F800 gsa.
Felt loose and lost connection a couple times. I was expecting it to snap in.

Jeff D: Personal recommendation from a friend. It will allow me to charge 2 devices at the same time on my Ducati.Nov 25, 2014
Joe N: I needed a powerlet adapter for an existing connection on my ST1300 Honda. I like the convenience of having two usb charging units in one, I could charge my phone and have a secondary GPS unit as well. I like the firm connection of the powerlet which delivers consistent power.Nov 25, 2014

A shopper asked:Hi,does it fit in the plug of the f800gs that is next to the keyd switch?Feb 7, 2015
Fahad A:I tried this recently on my 1200GS WC. I have two powerlet outlets on my bike, one factory fitted for the GPS and second one under the seat installed by the dealership. This Adapter was loose in both powerlets and required some wiggling to make the contacts for it to work. With all the vibration during the ride this would have never worked for me. Both powerlet outlets on the bikes were never used before so it was kind of strange this adapter behaved this way.May 20, 2015
jose luis h asked:Is anyone having trouble charging a Samsung Galaxy S5 or newer phone? I have tried different USB cables and can't get it to charge. I have no issues charging other devices, even my older Galaxy S3, Garmin GPS and others. It's just the S5 that does not charge from the Powerlet for some reason. Could it be the pin configuration?
jose luis h:
Thanks. I did try both connectors & no luck. Also tried two different cables "specifically made (OEM)" for the S5. If I can't find an alternative I might just hardwire a charger for the phone while I'm installing the wiring for the GPS at the same time.

Ron G W:My experience has been that with charging both my Galaxy 5 & my NEW Note 4 that the charging power is not enough to supply more than what the phone is using if I am actually running apps like GPS or MUSIC. It will maintain the battery where it is when I plug it in so I always make sure that I start with a full charge at the start of my ride. Both of those phones really rely on the charge from 110 volts in the wall. Even my car charger / cigarette lighter will only maintain the charge if I am using the GPS... Hope this helpsJan 10, 2015
