Pit Bull SS Rear Stand
Awesome but spendy product
Love the stand it is very solid but its only a piece of metal that you are paying like $170 for. Personally think that it is way overpriced but I couldn't really find any other product that I actually liked and looked sturdy. Overpriced but awesome product!

great support for bike
I needed a floor stand for my bike and after looking at many brands I wasn't sure what would be best for my needs, I had many questions and contacted the manufacturer of this stand. They answered my questions and made recommendations for me to choose. The stand is well made, here in the USA and it will out last me and the bike I'm sure. I bought it from Revzilla because of the fast, free shipping and they stand behind what they sell.

Hands down the most useful tool for my bikes.
I'll never use any other stand. I have the extended removable handle for reference. If you have a bike with swing-arm spool capability, you're doing yourself a disservice by not using them. I've never lubed my chain so frequently before. With this stand, I enjoy doing it so much I have to have my girlfriend physically restrain me to stop from doing it too often. Or maybe that's just a really good excuse, I don't know. The best part is even my terrible old bike with no spools goes up no problem at all. I prefer this to the center stand when doing work on it because it's so much more stable. I had to re-seat fork seals after cleaning them, and was able to literally jump on the bike and slam them home while it was up on the stand because it's so stable (disclaimer: don't try this at home you idiot, at least I know I'm an idiot, what's your excuse). Get yourself the removable handle too. Not only do I not trip over the handle like a moron when I'm insanely running from side to side while working on the bike, but it makes a great breaker bar in a pinch (who the f*** torqued these passenger peg bolts, Superman and Hulk's love child?! And yes I know they're from two different universes but a guy can dream right)? Stop wondering if you should get this stand and get it. You'll wonder how you lived without it for so long.

Built to last - Highly Recommend
After doing a lot of research I chose to go with the Pit Bull stand and I'm extremely glad I did. The construction is high quality and they paid attention to detail during the manufacturing process and it's built to last; you can tell this as soon as you remove it from the box (which is extremely well packed).
Originally I considered purchasing Pit Bull's light weight stand however the original SS model with removable handle proved to be relatively light itself.
The removable handle saves plenty of space-- more space than you'd think. The area where I store my bike is extremely limited and I can tell the difference between the fixed and removable handle. The removable handle has proven to be very convenient with my finite amount of space. The stand is both easy to setup and easy to use.
I chose the SS model because of it's versatility, although my latest bike is a Super Sport I have owned several cruisers in the past so having a single stand which can meet all of my needs, current and future, will save me some money down the road. Lastly, RevZilla offered some items standard whereas other sites charged extra- in this case I'm referring to the "lever" on the tightening bolts. It is a nice feature and very handy considering you do not need to go to your tool box for every little thing.
I highly recommend this product and I'm sure you'll be as happy as I am.

I got this stand because one of my bikes has spools and the other does not. It's quick and easy to switch between them. The stand lifts the bike with less effort than I thought it would. I have the removable handle, and it fits pretty well.

As advertised, pit bull stands are over engineered and with good reason. You saved and spent a lot of money on the bike. To skimp on the stands is to do yourself and the bike a disservice. The last thing you want is to have the thing falling off stands when you're servicing and working on it, or stands bending and breaking. Beware the clearance here, if you're not completely level when you put it up on the rear there can be some hairy moments catching it and resting it back down on its kickstand.

The best of the best, but a little much on the price...
Let's face it, PB's the best at this game, especially for the garage parked bike. But the price, eh... you're paying for the name.
