Icon Overlord Short Gloves

Targeted at the aggressive street rider, the Overlord short glove combines track level features with a wrist length pattern. The full Kangaroo palm, enhanced with Pittard's Keratan overlays, provides incredible feedback yet maintains serious abrasion resistant properties. initially i ordered a large since thats the size i usually wear but when i tried it on i couldn't even get it on my hand. once the xl arrived it "fit like a glove". very comfortable had that broken in feel. tried them out on a 75 degree day had good air flow and and a good feel riding. i gave it a good rating for protection and durability based on the video and seeing the glove,as far as durability i havn't had the gloves long enuff

Just got the overlord short glove in red. First , they look great, materials and construction are excellent. Styling is right on. They are very comfortable, i wear a XL usually in ICON, but got the suggested large and the fit nicely. Overall, great glove, a bit pricey, but worth it

This glove is very flexible and comfortable! I tried on the same glove at my local moto shop to check sizes. I would recommend doing the same because normally a med would fit perfect but a small fit me very well. Overall its a very nice riding glove for the commuter.

Had this pair of gloves for about a month now, and I'm still very pleased. Ordered a Large (normally wear XL gloves in most every brand) and they were just a little bit tight. Have put about 500 miles on them now, and they're loosening up a bit, and feel more comfortable after every ride. Seems like they'd offer great protection if needed. Good buy!

Ordered a size smaller like the review said and they fit great. Some of the Aramid stitching had ends that needed to be trimmed no big deal tho and over all really impressed with the product.

These are some of the nicest gloves I have ever tried on. They fit perfect to size and are very comfortable. The leather is great quality and feel. I found no loose stitches or strings anywhere. They feel like they would protect me very well in the chance I have a get-off. Awesome gloves !

The glove is quite narrow at the wrist and consequently a bit hard to pull on,once fitted,however, it is light and comfortable.The palm of the hand has great feel due to the thin nature of the kangaroo leather and the glove is cool and well ventilated for hot summer rides.Overall a great product and great service from revzilla.

I received my icon overlord gloves a short time ago. As recommended I ordered them one size smaller then usual. They are just a little small but are breaking-in nice. Style is great and the look like they are protective.

I'm torn between the Short and Long version of this glove. I like the 3/4 style gauntlets (or "short" gauntlets) because I can usually tuck them inside my jacket. I don't really like having them wrap the outside, nor do I like the very short cuffs.

For example, the Alpinestars S-1 gloves are the perfect length and size but I like the features on the Icon's more.

The majority of my riding is street. So my question would be, which glove would be best for tucking inside the jacket? Keeping in mind that I prefer the 3/4 gauntlet like the A* S-1.

(I have a Street & Steel Nomad Jacket for reference and riding an sv650s)
