I ordered the XL. I am 5-10" and weigh appx 200#s. My chest is 44" and I have a 36" waist. Any smaller and the jacket would not fit across the chest. Even so the sleeves are about 2" too long, but better than being too short. My TourMaster Jacket in XL fits perfect, but is just too hot for a warm ride like a Goldwing, even with the liner removed. I wanted something that provided some protection, but could be used in hot weather. This jacket without the liner is comfortable up to about 85 degrees if you are moving, but when our 100+ degrees summer comes back I think it's just going to be too hot. In all fairness, in that kind of heat, nothing is comfortable. You feel the airflow mainly on the arms, not so much on the body. Not a problem in warm weather but in cold weather the absence of a collar is going to let a lot of cold air in even with the liner. There is good freedom of movement in this jacket. I am disappointed in the lack of pockets on this jacket, as my TourMaster has several useful sized pockets. There is one small inner pocket that you could get a wallet into, but not much else. I think you could find a better jacket, but probably not for the same money.

I recently laid down my bike at around 45 wearing this jacket and it worked 100% with not even a tear. It's snug, the cut really tapers at the waist, but it's comfortable and moves with you on the bike. The pads stay in place, and never get in the way.
The pictures really do no justice to the clean white and deep black. It does get a little warm when you aren't moving but as soon as you take off the mesh material really lets the air flow. I haven't tried the liner yet (It's summer in Georgia) but I tried it on with the liner in and it feels like it will be comfortable late into the fall. I love this jacket.

The first thing I noticed about this jacket when I put it on was the sleeves are a little longer than I'd like. I'm 5'11'" 175lbs and I bought a Large because i didn't want a tight fit but I probably could have gotten a medium. While riding, air flows extremely well through the jacket...much better than another summer jacket I have. I was able to ride with temps in the 90's without much discomfort. Now the only real drawback is keeping the jacket somewhat clean. I bought white because I figured it'll be cooler on hot days...but once the jacket gets dirty with bugs or dirty from just brushing up against something, it's basically dirty forever. There is absolutely no way to clean it without ruining it. I even tried to hand wash it like the instructions say and now it's still dirty with water stains. I've worn my jacket 4 times since new and it's look like ish already, So my advise is if your looking at purchasing this jacket, get any color but the plain white.

Good looking jacket. Runs slightly small, of I was too fat an XL. With the liner in, it as a bit snug. The 2XL is nice and comfortable.

After a couple of six and seven hour days riding in 86-92 degree weather I like this jacket. Airflow is good and jacket weight is light. Icon was one of the few to offer a white color, trying to stay cool on hot sunny days I think dark colors defeat the purpose. Only complaint is I could use a few more pockets.

My concern was getting a jacket that did not bake me in the summer in Miami. This jacket in white is the coolest most comfortable jacket I've owned. Air flow through the mesh is excellent, the elbow, back, and shoulder pads stay in place and do not compromise comfort. Great purchase.

I'm 6' 3" and weigh 185 lbs with broad shoulders so finding a motorcycle jacket that fits well all around has been exhausting. Which size would you recommend?
Other reviews warned that the sleeve length is very long for this jacket which would be perfect for me. However, I'm mainly worried about chest size/length: I don't want the chest to be too big and floppy (me being skinny and all), nor have it too short length-wise and look like a belly shirt or something.
RevZilla, would you guys relay measurements for this jacket in LARGE (L)? As in, if you were to lay it out flat, fully closed/zipped up, how many inches from: The collar to the front bottom, from edge-to-edge of the chest under the armpits, and from shoulder seam to cuff?
