Good pants for the price
Good pair of pants for the price. Would be better if they put hip armor in, or atleast pockets for them. I wear a 36-38 pants, ordered a size 34 because a 36 wasnt available. Worked out good. Any smaller and they wouldnt have worked as overpants. Being leather they are heavy but not noticeable on the bike and barely notice off the bike.

Great dual purpose pants
First off, as always, props to Revzilla for the speedy delivery and awesome customer service helping me pick these out. The pants are great. Lots of airflow and they fit just fine over jeans or whatever I'm riding in. And if I want I can cinch them up a little tighter and just wear them out as pants for a day of riding. Air flow seems to adjust depending on how i position my legs, and the knee pads slide down a little when walking but in a riding position they're right where they should be. All in all a great buy for the clearance price I got them for

Great quality, heavy duty over pants, work great in the summer with shorts on. They seem they would be too hot for extreme heat; get the mesh pair if you live in the hotter regions. With that said they are great for 3 season wear in the cooler climates as well as being comfortable and looking great.

dunno what everyone's talking about,...
After reading the reviews I ordered a 34 for my 36" waist. I couldn't keep the clasp on the waist closed. The rest of the fit seems to be alright, and the leather seems great quality. my inseam is 30" or so, so the pant runs long. If i wasn't returning them, I'd have to trim the pants to fit right.

Now My Protection is Complete
The pants run very large, I would recommend ordering a size smaller. I used the sizing charge but had to use every bit of adjustment to get them small enough.
They are well built and I wear them everyday on my commute to work. I was surprised that even in hot temperatures they are very tolerable.
I have a good helmet, jacket, gloves, and boots but use to ride in jeans. When I saw images and read articles about cyclists going down at 20-30 mph I knew I was pushing my luck. When you see images like those its obvious that without a good pair of pants you will be hurting. So either get these or something but don't ride in jeans or shorts. I would buy these again but in one size smaller.

Great overpant, as noted the size runs large, the adjustability is fantastic, these pants are very heavy!
Not fatiguing whilst riding, but when it's hot outside you can feel the extra 8 pounds walking around.
Very well designed for protection, have coverage where it's needed, the front zippered pockets aren't deep, but will fit a wallet and your keys just fine, I'm more interested in the protection aspect then style points, but they exceed in both arenas, bottom line, get them while you still can.

Better than road rash!
I wonder why people ride in standard jeans; wearing this over them basically solves any road rash issues.
Protection is good -- the leather and mesh is excellent, feels thick and solid, like it will save you in a crash. In truth, the leather feels better than that on my jacket! Airflow is excellent, at speed neither your legs, hips, nor crotch warm up. Even in cold temps (50F) it's fine, under that it gets a little chilly but it's not a big deal.
Convenience: These may be the ultimate commuter gear. I walk into work, duck into a bathroom, and these are off in ten seconds. I can then stuff them into a backpack and continue my day. Do not need to take boots off; just open the front, unzip the side zippers (there are two, but I use one) and they come off. It even has two additional pockets to store keys and stuff.
The only cons are that they do run big -- I do feel like I'm wearing parachute pants sometimes -- and the knee armor seems to sit low, even at the highest spot, though that could be my body dimensions. (240lbs, 6', overw--er, "non-athletic" build. If you're just a tall guy or in better shape yours may fit better?)
Overall these are excellent, and I recommend them highly. They are somewhat pricey, but they are cheaper than ER treatment for road rash on your buttocks.

Very nice pants but they run big
These pants are awesome. I have not yet taken them out for a ride but they look great, are very high quality, thick leather, and have large double zippers on side of legs for easy on and off. The knee pads have two adjustable heights in the legs, but still sit a little low on my knees even in the higher position. When sitting on my bike the pants ride up a bit due to leg position so the pads align fine on the bike. There is also a zipper flap you can sew to your jacket so you can connect the jacket and pants on the back side of the waist/lower back. My only negative thing to say is that these run quite large. I knew they would be baggy due to the overpant style that I wanted, but they are still bigger than expected. I wear a size 32 jeans, so I ordered a 32 in these. The front ratchet clasp is as tight as it will go and the two adjustable straps on the sides are as tight as they go and they fit just right. I am still pondering if I should exchange for a size 30 and loosen the 3 positions in the waist. Six of one, half a dozen of the other I guess. Overall I think these are amazing pants! They are my first pair and will most likely be my last pair for years. I am glad I spent the extra money to get some good quality leather pants instead of another pair of snow-pants that are wannabe riding pants with little or no protection and style for street use/commuting to and from work.
