The Compound Mesh Overpants blend the abrasion resistance of premium grade cowhide with the breathability of Fighter Mesh, resulting in the perfect balance of comfort and protection. Dual full-length side zippers make for an easy on/off procedure and the adjustable waist straps combined with a ratchet waist closure allow for a fine-tuned fit. Once the pant is on, you'll notice expansion panels in critical areas which aid in both overall comfort and keeping the removable/adjustable CE knee impact protectors in their proper position. Perfect for what they were designed for.
I'm very happy with these overpants. Airflow is great and the leather is top quality.
They do run large so order a size down. I'm a 36 waste and ordered a 34 and they fit perfectly. There is even some room to spare in the waste. I'm 6'2" so I was also worried about length. I was happy to find out that they also run long.
They are comfortable to wear over dress pants when commuting to work and shorts when going to the gym.
The knee pads take some getting used to though. They were a bit annoying at first but after a couple rides you get used to them. They are adjustable via 3 different pockets so there is some flexibility.
I would definitely buy them again.

Very happy with these pants. I wear them over scrubs when I ride to work. Great pants in feel and looks.

Icon Compound Mesh
I've got a few hours in now in these pants and they are everything I was lead to believe they would be. I went a size down like everybody suggested and they fit perfect. They vent very well, and I feel extremely protected when wearing them. The knee protection is a little bothersome, but I think I can adjust that out. Overall I am happy with the purchase, and hope I never need to find out how well they would protect me if I were to come off the bike.

Excellent quality, order a size down.
I have a natural waistline of 34, wear jeans 33/34. Based on QA advice I went with a 32, which fits perfectly over dress pants. Fits over my 34 jeans as well, although a bit snug.
Same as everyone else, even though they're overpants, still order a size down from your natural waistline, otherwise you'll have trouble keeping them up.
I typically wear a 30 inch inseam, so I ended up having to cut off about 3 inches from the cuff, which isn't too hard. Unzip the cuff, lay it out flat, mark up inches from the bottom and make a straight line across the leg. Then cut with an x-acto knife or scissors.
Generally good quality, lots of leather, good airflow. Only complaint is that it's a bit on the heavier side, and that at this price point there should be hip armor as well. Otherwise a good buy.

Very well made
These overpants are well made should wear for a long time. They provide a lot of protection with the leather panels while still providing plenty of mesh ventilation. They are a bit heavy with the leather but that isn't an issue on the bike, just when I'm walking around. They run a bit large. I'm 5'8" and 143 lbs, a size 30 fits perfectly.

Heavy, but protective
These pants fit on the larger side. I ordered my waist size, and even over jeans they are tightened in the waist as far as the pants allow. Do not order anything larger than your true waist.
They are very heavy, but that's because of the leather.
The knee armor is adjustable in 3 levels. Make sure to adjust while seated on the motorcycle.

Great product, heavy.
They fit large, so size down. The knee armor is a pain and does not stay in place so I removed it. Air flow is very nice. Overall great over-pants. Perfect for commuting.

Excellent fit....if ya order a size smaller!
These overpants seem to run a size larger....so I ordered a size smaller than I wear and they fit me perfect. A bit on the pricey side, but they fit, so I'm happy!

I'm planning on wearing this for my commute to work, over dress pants (which are generally quite thin). The reviews seem to indicate that the pants are generously sized and may be worth ordering a size down and still have it work as overpants.

I use them over my dress pants size 30 and I ordered size 30. It a little bit challenging putting them over my jeans that are size 32, but its doable. Hope this helps.Age: 25-34

Sounds like we are about the same size. I can say that the 34 waist seems to only be '34' with the ratchet adjuster all the way tightened. But I don't know that the length on the 32 will be long enough to cover your work pants at the bottom unless you tuck them in your boots.Age: 25-34

I do normally wear a size 33 X 30. So i went with the 34 sized Icon pants. They are pretty bagging and long, but by the knee area it is pretty snug and even more snug sitting on the bike. They may or may not cause your work pants to wrinkle in that area. Either way these are a pretty good pair of pants for the price.Age: 25-34

The Icon Compound Mesh Overpant has a zipper to interface into Icon jackets. If your jacket is a different brand, the pants come with both sides of the zipper so you can take your jacket and pants to a tailor and have them attach one side of the pant zipper to your jacket.4 months, 3 weeks ago
