Great Glove
I ordered these as a breathable warm weather glove with decent protection. I ride an R1200GSA. They are very comfortable and well made. I have very large hands (finger length and palms) and it's hard finding gloves. I tried on at least a dozen different gloves at the Revzilla Philly location and only found 3 possible contentor. If you have big hands these might be a good option. I've put about 1,500 miles on them thus far, and I'm happy. I fit in both the 11 and the 12, but ultimately went with the 12 for the slightly longer fingers (though it made the palms slightly bigger than I needed). I'm glad I did because I don't feel the gloves broken in as much as a full leather glove would, yet it's very comfortable. It fits like a glove, as it were...

New rider rating
I'm a new rider and this is my second pair of gloves. I always had really sweaty and smelly hands with my first pair, this pair my hands gave stayed dry and smell free. So far I am completely satisfied with the gloves and I'm anxious to see how they last.

Snug Fit, nice glove.
I measure 9.25 and ordered size 10. For reference, my middle finger measures 3.75 inches from valley to tip. The gloves were very snug going on the first time, but once on were comfortable. Finger length for me is dead on. If I were going to wish for anything, it would be a bit more depth between the thumb and index finger, but that's nit picking. I've got about 140 miles on them at this point, and they are the correct size for me.
The protection looks to be substantial. While I'd like to think I won't test the protection, they are replacing a pair of 25 or 30 year old OSI's that finally tore when I went down avoiding a snake in a water crossing last month, so odds are, they will get tested. I'm confident they will do a good job if called upon. I would definitely buy again.

Poor design
Had high hopes when I purchased these (not on Revzilla), but had to return them twice because the stitching came undone on the index finger (twice!). The problem is that the stitching is on the outside so they tend to get caught on the velcro on my jacket (especially around the sleeve cuff). After a while the stitching just tears apart. After the glove broke apart the third time I just threw them away.
But before they broke apart the gloves worked like a charm. Good summer gloves with great air flow. Can't talk much about protection though.

Pretty good
These gloves seem to be well made (after 2 weeks of 2+ hour rides). The styling is good, and the protection seems very good as well. I think they are ok for warm weather riding but not ideal. Very snug fit (on the XL) that I am hoping stretches out over time. My only feedback to Held would be that the palms are a little thin (I know kangaroo is supposed to be super tough, but the vibration effect is somewhat worse that the alpinestars gloves I also use). Also could use slightly more protection along the (out) side of the hand. Those things would make these gloves amazing, but they are very good for the price point in my opinion.

Excellent Summer Glove
I needed a pair of gloves with good airflow for riding in the summer. I had tried a few different brands and always felt I was giving up most of the protection to get comfort. These strike a good balance. I have no trouble wearing these for 100+ miles on 80 degree plus days. The fit is true to size, though it won't feel that way at first. After the first few times of wearing them they started to fit very comfortably. If I had bought a size up I imagine they would be too loose once they wore in.

good venting with excellent protection
Bought this product last year for its well placed protection and especially its wist saving superfabric on the inside of the palm, threating a lot of patients with wrist fractures I `m fully aware how such a fracture can limit your riding abilities, the superfabric lets you slide on your palms in case of a fall on tarmac.
Just got back from an 4500 k offroad tour to Dakar, didn`t test the protective abilities but would buy them again without hesitation!, mine show no wear, only the Velcro becomes a bit less sticky after 2 saisons.

While most gloves sold in the US are offered in alpha sizes (Small, Medium, Large, etc), Held gloves are sold in numeric glove sizes.
