All hardware needed to mount the Givi Monorack included. Installs quickly using simple hand tools. No welding or cutting of existing frame or body parts required. Tough black enamel finish with some gray fittings or hardware as applicable.

The fit is perfect and very easy to mount.
I added the back rest as well.
For info, this rack also fits the Majesty sold in the US in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Yamaha hasn't changed anything since 2008.
