Gerbing's Core Heat Heated Sock Liner

These comfortable sock liners are constructed with a moisture wicking material that conforms to your foot for maximum comfort. This form fitting material also helps keep the heat pressed tightly to your foot for superior heat transfer.

With Microwire® heat technology your feet will stay warm for hours on each charge. If you have ever suffered from cold feet this is the product for you! You can now have warm feet wherever you go. Keep in mind the socks will put out serious heat and you will need to use the controller on the battery to regulate for optimal thermal comfort.

Bought these for my son and he likes the battery packs in the sleeve part of the stocking ,however the alternate wrist,elbow packs do not work for him Fair product that is not worth the money I spent on them. Alternate arm/elbow battery packs do not work as well as the battery packs in the sleeve of the stockings itself. January 5, 2012
Finally warm feet! I bought these socks because I live in VT and have Raynaud's Syndrome. It is so nice to be able to warm my feet up and be a comfortable temperature in the cold weather. The only negative thing I can say about them is that I wear orthotic supports in my boots and the wire attachment that is under the arch is not very comfortable on my left foot. I am not sure how walking for snow shoeing or taking my kids sledding will be. I will be comfortable enough for short periods of time. I love these for riding in the car and warming up when doing fairly stationary things. My family doesn't have to sweat to keep my feet warm. Hurray! Thank you Gerbings. December 6, 2011
Very warm but a little uncomfortable The socks definitely do the trick in keeping your feet warm! There is no way I can use them with the setting on 100%. Very, very warm...too warm. I just bought them and haven't had a chance to check them out during the cold winter months. 50% is the highest I've used them so far. As far as warmth, I give them an A+ rating. However, the downside is they are a little uncomfortable. The band at the top of the sock is extremely tight. My lets are in the norm as far as sizing, but I cannot wear the sock pulled up all the way. The elastic is very, very uncomfortable. I have to just push the socks down and leave them loose and pull the battery cord up the way it should be. This works fine as the battery pack has the velcro band, which is adjustable, and I put it where the top of the sock should be on my leg. Also, they could have made the stocking material more heavy duty. It is very thin nylon (I think) and can easily be snagged by toenails, etc. The foot lining is much more heavy duty. Overall, yes, I'm happy with the warmth they provide, 100%. I can make them work without being uncomfortable (but shouldn't have to do this for a $200 pair of socks). Comfort, 80%. November 15, 2011
Great Product and Great Service!! Item shipped quickly and works great. Am using them to keep my feet warm on winter bicycle rides and so far I am VERY happy. Fantastic !!!! I bought these for my daughter who has acute foot pain due to a medical condition. She loves be outdoors, but this time of year, the cold makes it nearly impossible to function. I have been searching all over for a product that came in the extra small size she needs, was easy to use and would last all day. She absolutely loves them. Being able to turn the heat up and down as needed is awesome. She wears them all the time and is able to go outside in the cold for extended periods for the first time on years. Answer: 
The Gerbing's Core Heat Heated Sock Liners have a panel on the bottom of the foot as well as the top, which should heat your entire foot.

Answer: 
I am at the larger shoe size for my size range. I wear a womens 7.5 shoe. I could not possible go down a size and still fit the sock comfortably on my foot. This one is fairly form fitting. I do not have a wide foot, but the length would be a big issue for me if I tried to go smaller. Good luck!
