Italian Leather Superior Quality
Reviewed by my wife, one of her Christmas Presents.
these boots are high quality leather and very comfortable, completely waterproof and warm on cold days with my klim socks. I had to return my first pair as they were to small and tight around the front of my foot, I had ordered a half size up. I ended up ordering a full size up and found they fit very well. revzilla return policy activated, and new pair shipped and arrived very painless. Have not ridden on hot days, so cannot comment on wicking, but they hold up in heavy rain and cold. Thx

Comfortable, great for shallow heels
This was my first pair of moto boots which wore out after 2 years of daily commuting/ weekend trips. They weren't much in the way of "waterproof," so I tried looking for a different brand when these wore out. I discovered that I must have shallow heels, because my foot would slide out the back of every boot I tried. I went with a pair of Alpine Stars, which wore out after a year and weren't any more waterproof than these. Now I'm back to these; they're comfy, they actually fit my heels and have protected my feet through moto tip overs and the occasional low side. I recommend these a lot to other women and will probably stick with them unless something new/better comes along or someone gives me $500 for a pair of Daytonas.

I love these boots!
I'm 5'7" and have narrow feet and high arches. I have major trouble finding any boots that fit, whether for motorcycling, dirt riding, skiing, hiking, etc. These boots fit great! I have worn them so far on long-distance trips for 6 weeks of daily riding including heat, cold and pouring rain.
They're comfortable for walking. I've even hiked in them. I replaced the insoles with ones designed for high arches, which I do in all my boots and shoes. They were snug around the calf at first but have loosed up a little and fit just right even with my racing leathers tucked inside. These boots might be a tight fit for short-legged women or those with large calves.
When I rode all day in a cold rain, the very bottoms of the insides felt damp underneath the insole. It might have been due to condensation from my feet instead of a leak. They are a HUGE improvement over my old boots which were not waterproof.
I would recommend these to any woman with narrow feet. I only wish they had hard armor protection at the ankles instead of foam.

A shopper asked:I need calf widths on boots. Unlike most women, my calf is short and mostly muscular and measures 19.5in at the widest for tall boots, and 14in for the shorter boots that fit lower than the base of the muscle. Can anyone chime in about those details on the boots they have?Dec 26, 2014
Cody M:These boot are stylish and fit well at my calfs. My calf at the opening of the boot is approximately 14 inches and it has room. My boot size/sneaker size fluctuates from a 8 1/2 to a 9 due to width. I bought a size 9 and right of the bat they feel restricting over my toes as if they are not wide enough. I pulled them on and zipped them up wearing regular socks ( not thick winter riding socks) i did have some degree of difficulty fitting my foot past the ankle portion. They feel snug at my toes which is disappointing i think i might return them for another half size up, otherwise i like them.Dec 26, 2014
A shopper asked:Gaerne Rose Women's Boot. Not sure of size. I wear a 7 or 7.5 shoe depends on style. I have a 39 size 6 Sidi racing type boot now that JUST fits. What size should I consider?. Appreciate any comments on this bootAug 3, 2014
Karen M:I am normally a size 9.5 wide or 10 in regular shoes. I ordered these in a 42 (10 women's) and they fit great. They are very snug at first but have broken in nicely and I will be able to wear thicker socks with them in colder months. The rose fit true to my normal shoe size.. Hope this info helps.Aug 3, 2014
