A Great Riding Backpack! This backpack was definitely a great buy for me! It is solidly built to the point where it feels bullet proof. Attention to detail was definitely given to this backpack. It is easy to use with the thickest of gloves thanks to the tabs attached to the zippers. The inside layout is very well organized for anyone, whether they are students or everyday commuters. My full face helmet can fit snuggly inside the backpack with some notebooks and a textbook in the bigger pocket. The chest straps are also a great and convenient feature as well, since it stops the backpack from sliding when riding. Lastly, it reflects light very well thanks to its reflective material and makes me very noticeable during my nightly commutes. Although it doesnt bother me, this backpack can get heavy with a few notebooks, laptop, and a textbook. I can foresee it bothering people who tend to walk a lot with a backpack. Also, the backpack is a bit smaller than what it seems like on the website. I did not rate in durability because I've only had it for three days, but from what im seeing, its going to last for awhile, but time well tell. Either way, I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, durable, and convenient backpack! November 10, 2015
It does its job It is a nice backpack that does its job and I have found things I didnt consider when I bought it. July 13, 2015
Good Features Very comfortable and high visibility. The helmet storage could also come in handy June 25, 2015
Great Backpack Excellent commuter backpack. Largest pocket is a bit small for my lunch bag, but I make it work. Good storage in the other pockets. Very comfortable for a 25 mile ride to work. Reflective panels are a must at night. June 22, 2015
Great backpack It's a great backpack for a first motorcyle bag. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. December 8, 2014
This product has great features I really like all of the different storage compartments. Zippers are really good quality. The pack is vey well constructed and fits well. The shoulder straps need to be a little longer but it still works great. Has lots of storage capacity. November 10, 2014
Great product! I have loved everything about this backpack. It works as my school bag and has all the room I need for my books and laptop and can even carry my helmet around without banging it on stuff. My only gripe is the water bottle holders on the sides are too small so no don't use them. But otherwise I would recommend it to anyone! September 15, 2014
This is a good commuter backpack. I like everything about this backpack except the zipper has frayed some on the front pouch. Other than that, it is very good. It has a lot of reflective markings and load bearing is balanced. September 1, 2014

Chris P: Good price and carries everything I need it to. Laptop sleeve is sorta snug but all together really like it. Apr 19, 2014
Wolfegang M: this was the only backpack that offered both a helmet compartment and a dedicated laptop compartment, it also is supposedly highly visible Apr 15, 2014
brent b: HiViz is required to get onto military post. Apr 13, 2014
Clayton H: You mean my gym bag? I love it. More space and the compartments are convient. Love this bag. Apr 11, 2014
Thomas B: Has greatest holding capacity, visibility Mar 31, 2014
Eric R: I have the hi-viz pack. Enough room for computer and a few clothing items (use for work if I ride in). It's a good bag but would like a little more strap length to make it easier to put on and take off. This isn't a huge factor but it I'm not a big guy (5'10 -185lbs - 44 chest) and when wearing my coat it's a bit tight. If your wider you might have a bit of trouble. Steven M: I commute in the Chicago area and use it to store a Shoei helmet. From where I park, I basically have to walk a mile and leave my bike out all day. Hence, I don't like to leave my helmet out.

I'm very happy with this pack as I'm able to carry my helmet along with other items such as books, rain gear, and an extra technical shirt.

I'm not sure if you're talking about just a 3 liter bladder or the associated holder. If it's just the bladder it should fit without issue. However, I can't say if you are asking about the bladder along with the backpack holder. I am guessing the former as you probably are not carrying a backpack inside a backpack.

I was going to take a picture of the pack with my helmet in it, but it does not appear there is a way to upload pictures on this form.

brent b: Probably but it isn't built for it. It doesn't have the routing openings for the bite tube and the compartment doesn't have a hanger so the bladder would flop wherever it wanted to. Jul 17, 2014

Juan T asked: Is there enough space for a couple of textbooks + the helmet? Aug 26, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Bruno D: Textbooks? Oh yes... After putting in a helmet you still have enough space to put as many text books you need to break your back!

It becomes a little bulky and it might not be very comfortable, but it is still way better than carrying another helmet hanging from your arm...

I'm incredibly happy with this backpack! :)

patrick r: Yeah but it will stick out quite a ways off your back. It's a little awkward. The only time I've ever used the helmet holder has been to carry an extra helmet or jacked. Remember to zip your zippers to one side instead of the middle or it will catch wind and fly open. Learned that the hard way. It's a great bag though. Use mine all the time. Sep 3, 2013

Jason F: Juan, you should be good, the helmet doesn't really intrude into the space of the backpack (it's got it's own pouch), but it will stick out really far off the back if you've got the pack decently loaded up. I got the hi-viz and love the visibility it gives my otherwise all black gear, without wearing a silly looking vest. Sep 3, 2013

Travis D: It will hold just about everything you need I am a college student for paramedic and it holds everything but it has already started to fray at the hivis material so if you have a long ride I would recommend something more durable Sep 3, 2013

Chad M: There is enough room for text books and a helmet. When the helmet is inside the pack it does hang a little bit low but nothing to crazy. Overall I'm happy with the backpack and use it for my daily commute to work. Sep 4, 2013

Austin J: Yes, I bought this pack earlier this summer. It has a surprising amount of space. It could fit a few text books and a helmet for sure, but not a whole lot of other things with those items. Sep 4, 2013
Reply to Austin Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Michael S: Yes, as long as you don't have too many in there at the same time as the helmet. ...say 2 or 3, along with a 3 quart Hydrapak, that the pack is built to accomodate also. Sep 4, 2013

brian w: Yes there is enough space for full face helmet plus text books, and lab top. A very good back pack use it all the time. Sep 4, 2013

Bradley W: Absolutely. It really expands out nicely. Sep 3, 2013

Eric T: I guess it depends on the size of the text books and the helmet, but I would bet there is. The thing is BIG. I have fit all my gym gear (incluing full size towel and sneakers), plus my lap top and all the cords and stuff that go with it in the bag. It has a seperate expandable section for the helmet that zips closed when you don't want to use it. Sep 4, 2013

A shopper asked: Does this backpack have any sort of strap management system so the straps aren't flapping around while I'm riding? Apr 9, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Chris C: The straps are well managed. I do not notice any flapping at all. There is a little slack from the strap at the chest but again, it's not noticeable. This is a great backpack; much better than the first one I bought for more money. It is really comfortable and holds a lot. You would not be disappointed with this purchase. Apr 9, 2014
Reply to Chris Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Michael H: Not really, but I dont have much of an issue with it. I usually keep the lower strap attached to itself and i always use the upper chest strap. My only issue with the backpack is the lack of an exterior water bottle pouch. Apr 9, 2014
Reply to Michael Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Eric T: Everything is pretty well tied down except for the two shoulder straps when they are pulled tight and you don't have a lot in the pack. Apr 11, 2014

patrick r: It does on the back but I have to tuck the shoulder and chest straps in on themselves. I have no problems with it. Great bag. Apr 10, 2014

Matthew W asked: What's the Hi-Viz color like? Is it closer to green or yellow? Jan 26, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Datleen V: I brought the Black and gray one and there is so much reflective stripping in it that you really dont need the hi-viz color one if that color is something you dont want. I love my backpack and at night I stand out like a cop car with their overhead lights on lol. Mar 1, 2015
