Love these boots! These boots are amazing. Comfortable, stylish, and water resistant. My only complaint is the reviews here- says boots fit true to size- this is NOT true. I ordered my typical size and they were huge. Ordered the next size down and thought they fit okay, until they broke in. Now they are a size too big again. There is nothing I can do at this point, they stay on because they are boots, but my feet slide up to the front with a big gap at the heel. I guess these should fit snug new, so on break in they fit perfectly. September 15, 2014
Best boot ever owned! They are lightweight, have solid grip for when you stop the bike, flex when you need them to, and I am able to rest my foot comfortably on the peg and use the shift lever with ease. Not only do they look beautiful they feel beautiful! I wear a size 8 and was able to fit into a size 38. I have a narrow heel and wore a slightly thicker sock and feel great in them! Definitely worth the money!!! June 13, 2014
Great looking and comfortable! These boots are great looking and they are so comfortable. I wear a size 8 1/2 and the 39's are perfect. They run a bit narrow compared to most medium width boots. I have a narrow foot and still had to change my usual riding socks for a thinner variety. These boots are so attractive, and much better than the clunky Harley boots I have worn in the past. stylish, functional, comfortable boots I painfully waited about six months for these boots to be available again. They were so worth the long wait. I am very happy with my purchase. What first drew me to Ixia was the funky wedge heel and low-profile style. I was looking for a boot that would give me another 1" or so in height so I could be more flat-footed on my bike - these did the trick. These boots are made extremely well: the leather is high-quality, the zipper is sturdy, the overall construction is robust. Ladies, don't let the platform-esque heel fool you - there is plenty of tread that provides a secure surface grip. The comfort of the Ixia continues once you step off your bike. These boots are lightweight and easy to walk in. I am 5'6" and on me, the boots hit mid-calf. I've worn them with skinny jeans tucked in and bootcut jeans - they look great with either style. I haven't worn them in the rain yet so I can't confirm if they are waterproof or not. For size reference, I wear a US women's 8B. The 38 fit me perfectly. May 3, 2014
Great boots and even stylish I have purchased many motorcycle boots. I wanted a pair that looked nice and still functioned well. Don't waste your time. This is the first good looking pair of boots that I have used that are really waterproof and look good. Spend the extra money. The sizing is a bit weird, I wear women's size 10. The largest size of these boots fit with just a little extra room at the toe. July 28, 2013
I am very happy with my new boots. I have not got caught in hard rain yet so time will tell with that but they look good and feel good too! May 20, 2013

Kurt P: Wife needed a pair of riding boots and I love my Dainese boots so I suggested she try a pair. Nov 30, 2013
Michele M asked: How true to size is this boot?

I noticed someone said they wear an 8 and got a 38, but that equates to a 6 according to the size chart. I wear a 6.5 US and I thought the 39 might work best.

Lori L: These boots run at least a whole size larger than true to size. Make sure it fits snug when you try them on out of the box because they will break in and the leather gets soft - mine feel almost a size larger after the break in period. My foot slides forward in the boot and leaves about an inch of space between my heel and the back of the boot. Not terrible (they are super comfy) just annoying that I paid plenty for them and they don't fit like they should. Sep 15, 2014

Catherine N: I am a size 11 (medium width) and have found this boot to be accurate in size. I wore them every day last year during a 64 day motorcycle trip from Arizona to Alaska and back and found them to be exceptionally comfortable. They are also stylish, functional and easy to get on and take off. Aug 28, 2014

Lori L: I wear a 7.5 or an 8 depending on the boot. I got the 38 (which was huge) sent it back and got the 37 which is about 1 size too large after the break in period. I would say, try a 36 or 37. Sep 15, 2014

A shopper asked: This boot obviously is water proof but does not have Goretex membrane, which is breathable. Has anyone used these boots in hot and humid climates? Do they get hot and moist in temperatures around 90F? Aug 5, 2014

Lisa K: I ride primarily in Florida, and got these boots this summer with the temps between 85-95. My feet do get hot, but I have compared these boots with my old Harley Boots which are leather with no waterproof liner, and there is no difference in the temperature of my feet or the dampness of the socks. I have not found the waterproof liner to cause me to be uncomfortable. I have been using cool max socks under these boots and they work very well. I have gotten quite a few compliments on the style of these boots. They don't look like a Motorcycle boot, and they are very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to get a pair. Aug 5, 2014

Ming-May W: I live in a hot and dry climate where temps hit 90s occasionally and wasn't willing to hang onto this purchase given the discomfort and sweating of my feet as I tried them on indoors. They went back. Aug 5, 2014

Ryan P: I've worn these boots in mid-80 degree weather in New York and California. My feet get a little warm and sweaty in the boots in hot temperatures, but not uncomfortably hot or moist. Aug 5, 2014
