First things first. The elastic at t6he top of the boot is tough. It tightens, turns in and presses hard against the shin. It starts to hurt. I don't think the elastic is even needed there and I am looking at ways to modify them.
The overall fit and comfort otherwise is great. I wear a 10.5 us and I had to get the euro 44. They are a tad long in the toes but fit well. It is possible that a 43 might have fit better but I didn't get the chance to try them in comparison. I also have very narrow feet so these were a tad loose side to side but feel good.
They break in very quickly and are plenty comfortable to walk around in, though not nearly as comfortable as a sneaker. UNLIKE the video of the race outs there is no internal calf adjustment. I have large calves and these fit fine, someone with thin calves might have a fit issue.
The boots have redundant armor that circles the foot and even with the protection are okay to move in once broken in. The touring model might be better if you plan on doing something more hardcore off the bike like hiking.
One thing you can do is zip down the boots and walk around in them, they'll stay on.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This Dainese boot will give you everything your expect from a top-end track boot and then some. It connects perfectly with my Dainese suit and I would expect it would work well with any other suit that can be worn over a boot.
This boot is slim enough to be worn under fitted jeans with no problem, and make a great companion to my work commute. I have a narrow foot and this boot fits great without any gapping or ripples. They are not made for walking, so if you are doing a casual day ride with some strolling involved, I recommend wearing a touring boot instead. Otherwise, this boot is my all-time favorite under any conditions: firm support with confident protection no matter on road or track.

These boots are ok, but be warned the top of the knee area has a lip on it that will dig into your shin which gets really annoying after a while. There is absolutely no adjustability on these which is a huge drawback especially for the price. I would just spend the extra 100 bucks and get the one with adjustability. Theres no airflow on these either at all, which living in AZ is not gonna cut it. They do work really nicely with the Dainese one piece suit though. I like the way they feel on the bike in regards to flex, and all around mobility on the bike. I would have exchanged them for the trq pro but i already wore them outside. No problems whatsoever with Revzilla though, they're always great

These boots break in very quickly, which is good. After 2-3 rides, they already felt perfect. The one complaint I have, is the lip around the top is rather stiff and honestly hurts my shins... In the meantime, I've resorted to nestling a piece of cloth between my shin and the lip of the boot to to relieve the discomfort. Not sure if anyone has experienced this, or if I am somehow improperly wearing the boot.
On the ride, they feel fine, and responsive. I am a relatively new rider so I chose them for style and protection, rather than a day at the track.

I ordered 1/2 size large the fit was good I have wide feet but after break in they fit well. I was hit by a car in a car / motorcycle accident crushing my right foot, ankle and leg. This is a rear entry boot a must have for my limited ankle movement. Note I tried 3 versions of the Dainese boots before settling on this one. All 3 excellent boots went with this one due to the way they fit under my blue jeans.

Bought these a few weeks ago and cannot beleive how well made and comfortable they are. You always believe a race boot will have some sort of comfort issue, but I can honestly say there is not one con about these. Wore them on a 90 degree day and had a bit of heat in the foot, but even in regular gym shoes you would as well. Very impressed. Oh ya, and they look great.. Goes without saying for Dainese...

I got the white, scuffs up failry easy so if you want them looking new be prepared to scrub them. I'm 6ft and a widish foot and the 44's fitted me perfectly. Soooo comfortable.
These fit right under your jeans and I have worn them out a few times, people can't believe it when I show them the rest of the boot hidden by the pants leg.
Can get a bit warm in summer on those long rides, I just undo the zip at the back when I stop for a rest, don't even have to take the boots off.
Putting them on is easy! undo the zip at the back and the insides fan out, no straps to up, and they don't weigh a ton like (some) of those bulky race boots.
Very happy with this product, now I've got no excuse not to wear the right safety gear even on the those short rides.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I was looking for the best ankle protection I could find with the least bulk for street riding. This boot exceeded any expectations I had in finding something. I was looking at short motocross boots for the protection, but these exceed those and anything else I found for ankle protection. And they easily go under jeans, b/c I was not trying to look like racer boy. Lots of attention to detail. The cost of these is a lot of money, but when you compare features and quality, these are up there with the most expensive boots. And Revzilla had them in stock, while other stores either didn't have them in stock or didn't carry Dainese at all. Knowing I could exchange these for free if the size wasn't right topped it all off. Revzilla rocks!
I rated style less than perfect, but that's personal opinion. I rated comfort less than perfect, but that's comparing to shoes//boots with much less protection. These are not meant for airflow, so it couldn't get a good score there. They do need to get broken in a bit for gear shifting to be easy (like any boot).
Yes, I recommend this product.

Answer:
The difference between the two boots is that the Dainese TRQ Race In Boots are designed to be worn on the inside of a race suit while the Dainese TRQ Race Out Boots are designed to be worn over top, or on the outside, of a race suit. There is also a slight difference in shin protection and boot height. The Dainese TRQ Race In Boots are going to have slightly less coverage/shin protection.

Answer:
the RaceIN are smaller at the calf and are meant to be worn under pants. RaceOUT are beefier at the calf and pants are meant to be tucked inside the boot cuff.
