Dainese Trophy EVO Leather Pants

The road that runs beneath the seat, the open spaces of the surrounding prairie, the pulsing of the pistons shaking arms and body, the reflection of lightning on chrome engine, the roar of the motorcycle. All these things gave birth to the idea that became the Dainese Trophy EVO Leather Pants. Constructed from cowhide leather, the Trophy EVOPants are designed to be comfortable even after wearing for hours, thanks to their ergonomic cut, Sanitized liner, and Pro Shape soft protectors.

  • Pro Shape soft protectors certified to Standard EN 1621.1/97 on the knees

Ergonomics and Comfort:

  • Cowhide leather
  • Inserts in elasticated fabric
  • Belt loops
  • Sanitized® lining

  • 2 outside pockets on front
  • 2 outside pockets on the back

Excellent pants. These pants are great. Another review said they arrived too short to be tailored but that wasn't my experience at all. Mine easily had 5-6 inches of extra length on the bottom. Without shoes they covered my toes and were completely unwearable without being tailored. Incidentally, this is exactly what I wanted as the standard "one-length-fits-all" is rarely a good fit for me. I took the pants to my local dry cleaner/tailor and they hemmed them perfectly in about a week for $20. The padding in the knees is decent as the leather is doubled-up, but it doesn't have armor which would be nice. I have big thighs and often have a problem finding pants that fit. I can't even get into a pair of AlpineStars racing pants for example (even two sizes too large) and with jeans I have to buy loose-fit. These pants fit me well. Not baggy like jeans, but not too tight to move either. Generally I'd say they're likely to fit most people very well and comfortably. I do get pretty warm as there's no airflow, but with good leather protection that's always the tradeoff. I'd buy these pants again, I'm very happy with them. I'm not a leather-as-fashion type of guy but have to admit they look fantastic. Dianese gear is really top of the line. June 30, 2014
Good quality, but odd fit. Bought these direct from Dainese factory. I normally wear a size 32/33 jean, so ordered the size 48, waist fits fine, but even with the un-hemmed pant legs, I find the length a few inches too short., and that's leaving them un-hemmed. I actually took them to a tailor to have 2.5" added to the pant legs. Another fit issue is the waist or belt area is very low cut, like hip huggers, they sit about an inch or two lower then a pair of standard pants( jeans or dockers), but that does seem to work out OK while on the motorcycle, just feeks odd when off. We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
  • Gloves: Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around your hand, behind the knuckles, not including the thumb.
