scarpa boot
I wear a US 9 and the boot size was true to this. No Worry There. Fit is great along with comfort for a walkabout . Just got them today and took a quick ride. Only problem I found was the same with most bike boots, boot sole is a little to tacky , which makes peg movement alittle tough. But over all I love these boots. GET THEM.

Great product for summer riding
A beautiful boot, as expected from Dainese. Excellent airflow for hot, summer rides. Toe cap and ankle discs provide some focused protection, but realize when purchasing that overall, this is a soft boot through the sole, the foot and the ankle shaft. Very well made and extremely comfortable to ride and walk in.

Too racy for office / Narrow!
I was looking for a boot that could pass for a dress shoe that I could wear at the office. From the pictures and a conversation with a RevZilla rep, these seemed like they might do, but in person they are far too "racy" for that purpose. Also, i have narrow feet, but these were narrow even for me.

great comfort and style
Love this boot overall - great comfort and style for a riding boot. My usage is for commuting and weekend day trips I tried on so many that reminded me of Euro ski boots. I need a narrow boot and this is one. It could be a touch wider in the front half, but I feel it will stretch enough with more use. Very nimble on the pegs, shifting and braking. Good airflow to a point, but I live in Austin and would like to see some perforated panels. The right amount of protection for my needs, while I also need to be able to walk into the office or lunch out with comfort and style. Great service with RevZilla in size exchange. Thanks, JD

Good commuter boot for summer months
This is a very interesting boot. I was reluctant to buy a boot with shoelaces, but after 1K miles mostly commuting and touring in these Dainese Scarpa Sechura boots find my original concern with that feature pretty inconsequential. I'm glad to get out of my comfort zone with boots to give these a try, as they're easy to get on/off and serve the main purpose for me very well - they flow air. Even the toe box section gets plenty of air movement despite the mesh material being on the sides of the boot only. So far temps from low 60s to mid 90s have left my feet comfortable, more so than other leather boots I've commuted in.
No Dainese wording on the toes, just the logo on the shift pads. Styling is still that of a moto boot, so don't expect to blend in with other normal footwear 100%, but it's discrete styling. Black sectioned materials, plastic shifter pads and off-white stitching are what call the most attention. They have the skywalk sole too, so quite comfortable walking around. I was concerned at first about a prior review suggesting the sole looks spacesuit-y, but personally find nothing wrong with its look. The Scarpas do not squeak either, another big plus as I walk down my office hallways. :) Initial fit was narrow, but they've broken in quite nicely. I normally wear US size 10.5 to 11, depending on brand. Euro size 44 for this boot is a perfect fit for my foot.
Sidi has a new boot (Traffic Air) that would have been my first choice mainly because of a zipper closure rather than shoelaces had they been available in time. Glad to have tried something new because these Scarpa Sechuras fit well, look good, feel made of quality materials, don't squeak, feel good on the bike, and flow good air. Not sure I could ask for more of a ventilated boot for every day riding.

Like the boot - BUT
I have had issues shifting because of the difference in the material between my foot and the toe shifter pads. Maybe they just need some break in time.
They are tough to get into with the laces and narrow fit.
Great airflow!
Comfy 3D bubble liner!
I don't think I will get used to walking in these as the hard toe shifter area hits against my feet.
Comfy during the ride though.

Worth the higher price.
For the past 3 years I wore Tourmaster's WP solution boots and after about 25K miles really needed new boots. In Louisiana it can get amazingly hot in the summers so a partially permeable boot would be great. I can tell that air moves through and even though it hasn't hit the 90+ mark I can tell these are going to be more comfortable. The outer sole and footbed really set this boot apart from the previous boots I have owned. The styling is nice and I regularly wear these boots while commuting and have them on for the entire day. The price is slightly higher than I would prefer, however, I can tell I will put many miles on this pair.

Dainese Scarpa Sechura Boots... excellent
these boots are stylish, extremely comfortable yet still feel sturdy and have great protection. they are very light weight and well ventilated. excellent for the summer. i imagine they will be too cold for the cooler weather. i wore them all day on and off the bike and my feet were comfortable and stayed dry.
