Dainese Evo System D-Dry Jacket

The desert’s stony tracks are far behind you now, the wind from the snowy peaks is already starting to push your bike off track. There’s nothing like adventure, but your need the right equipment to face it. The Evo-System offers wide versatility thanks to modular construction with thermal lining and a removable waterproof D-Dry® membrane, plus the additional possibility to remove the sleeves for transformation into a vest. Provided with air vents and numerous pockets, this jacket inspired by the world of rally racing comes with removable composite protectors and a back protector insertion pocket.

the dainese EVO system d-dry jacket is a stylish all around jacket that can get you through all seasons, great for city commuting which is why i bought the jacket. that said it does have some limitations and could improve a bit in my opinion. although i haven tested it in the cold i don't think i will be touring with this jacket in the cold but should be fine for my 30 min city commute. the air G-2 back protector feels like its too big for the pocket and creates a bulge just below the neck, this does not affect fit or comfort but does give you an odd profile. wish the jacket was just an 1" or 2" longer. again a decent all around jacket that looks very stylish which i am happy to have in my collection.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
