Realy confortable pants These are realy confortable pants, the protection it offer is really good, about the fit I'm a size 34, 174 cm tall and 80kg weight i get the size 50, fits ok no so tight and no so loose.. April 15, 2013
Dainese Delta Pro Non Perforated I got these pants because I wanted white and non-perforated winter pants. I also wanted pants that I could fit my full back protector inside and zip to my Delmar Jacket. Fitting a full back protector inside of pants is difficult. I had to get pants that are much larger in the waist to accommodate the extra 4 inches the back protector adds. Since these pants have elastic inserts and velcro tabs I can fit the protector and when wearing them without it I can cinch the tabs so they don't hit the floor (like when you break for lunch). Other brands of pants don't have the tabs and elastic. The 2 pockets are also a nice feature and since these pants cost a small fortune... pockets are cool. I also prefer to wear them outside of my boots so I can get a snug fit on my boots, something other brands don't really offer. Had to get men's because there is not enough selection in women's. Very well made and look great! I bough the white/black version to go with my Avro jacket in white/red/blue. These were the only Dainese white/black pants I could find. The two items look great together. Knee and shin armor are top notch. Fit is a little tight but its leather so it will stretch...eventually. My biggest issue with the fit right now is in the thighs and calves. I'm 6ft at 210lb with muscular legs (think shot-put or sprinter). The pants' thin thighs and calves keep making them shift downward...difficult to pull on/up. I didn't want to go with a larger size because the hips and waist fit well. I'm confident than they will conform to my shape and therefor still recommend them for outstanding protection and styling. October 1, 2012
Leather protection Italian style Awesome leather pants for track or street. Problem is that they are maybe too nice to use on the track. I just wear my old Fieldsheer for occasional track days. Outstanding shin and knee armor protection. Gorgeous styling, mine are black. They fit a bit small, I usually wear waist size 30 but for these Dainese, 32 inch (Euro 50) fit better. Overall, if you have the funds, buy them. Not the cheapest but for something that can look cool and last for years, totally worth it. June 13, 2011
Nice pants As with all Dainese products this is top notch. Great looking, fashionable, and protective. Comfortable in cooler weather as well. The white is really sharp. I got these to match with the Racing Leather jacket and they pair up really well. You can tell that these are high quality - inside and out. I two-upped on the sizing. I have a 48 that is a wee bit tight for sport bike sitting. It works for crusing. I got these in 52 for a little extra leg room. October 25, 2010

Answer: 
The Dainese Delta Pro Non-Perforated Leather Pants should provide enough protection during the fall season, but might be a little bit cold for winter. We would recommend you to look at textile options instead, such as the Dainese Street Tracker, or the Tomsk pants.

Fall OK, winter not so much (unless you are moving to FL or CA)! There is really no lining there and you won't be able to fit much underneath them.

The difference between a regular Dainese pant and a short or tall version would be +/- 1.5 to 2 inches.

All Dainese men's jackets that include zippers will zip to all Dainese men's pants that include zippers. There are no compatibility issues.

To protect the inner lining of your pants we would recommend using an appropriately sized piece of Velcro. You will need the female side of the Velcro and you should be able to find it at your local craft or hardware store.

Answer: 
You can use either In- or Out- boots with the Delta Pro pants. Just be sure to cover the velcro on the In-boots otherwise they will tear up the lining of the pants.

I wear my boots on the outside. Expansion zipper doesn't expand enough for my legs. Plus it keeps the pants that much further from the road grime.

Answer: 
The pants have a secondary zipper that will allow them to go over a low profile boot supposedly. Depending on your shape though, I'm not sure how that would work out for you. I have big calves and as soon as unzip that "expansion" zipper on my (un-broken in) Delta pants they just conform to the shape of my leg....which is to say no room for a boot of any kind. I went with outside boots because I could wear them with a variety of pants from riding jeans to other track suits.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
  • Gloves: Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around your hand, behind the knuckles, not including the thumb.
