Bell Helmets 3 Snap Bubble Shield
Retro cool, but not perfect
Not much to say about this. For the price it is worth trying for anyone. The only beef I have with it is it tends to be a little loose, even when snapped, so it rattles. It flows a lot of air, but keeps your face covered. Eyes are still susceptible to dirt, dust and whatever else.

Not for street use??!!
I got the Iridium (mirrored finish). Looks badass on the Bell Custom 500 (my wife's opinion). Originally thinking that the 500 had no room for sunglasses, I needed a smoked or mirrored shield. This looked easy enough to switch out for night riding so I go the Iridium finish. Nice quality and the bubble shape keeps the vision clear. A card falls out of the packaging saying something like "not legal for street use". I dropped that in the recycle bin before my wife saw it. After some experimenting, I have found it is quite possible to get some, not all, sunglasses under the helmet. This allows me the option to use just a visor and night-riding glasses. Riding a Goldwing, wind protection is not a concern, but with your head out in the airstream, this might just fit the bill. Iridium for sun and maybe a clear or yellow for dusk/night riding.

Bubble bubble bubble shield!
Looks badass, no problem attaching to Bell 3/4 helmet.
Slightly unnerving warnings on shield and packaging, e.g "not for road use"
What is it for then?
Would probably still buy again, cant beat that look. Gradient blue is not too dark at top end, just enough.

Great face shield
I have been looking for a good face shield for my Bell Custom 500 for awhile now, and I am glad I found this. I know there are a ton of other "normal" looking face shields out there, but I wanted something different. I found it in this face shield.

Amber = Brown
The amber gradient is a brown color. Still looks kinda cool and retro but is not orange and will not match your orange CB750, unless it's brown.

True to its form
I purchased the dark smoke bubble shield. It did exactly what it was supposed to. Protect my face from bugs; from the rain; from the sun and it even reduced the wind noise by a good amount. Its snaps on really tight, too tight because trying to remove it takes some finesse. One of the buttons broke off, another one of the buttons bent while trying to take it off. Even after that experience, I am still going to purchase a replacement. This time I am going with a clear so I do not have to take it off for night riding, which i do a lot of. Whether you want extra protection for your 3/4 helmet, or looking to add to that vintage look, these bubble shields are a definite must.

This is an exceptional product, it really exceeded my expectations.
Just came back from a 700 mile trip using the smoke bubble shield with my Bell Custom 500.
Got exceptional protection while riding in heavy, medium and light rain at speeds that exceeded 50 mph. Virtually no water “leaked” to the inside of the helmet.
Excellent aerodynamics while riding at 70 mph, could turn my head both sides and the shield would stay put in place with no signs of vibration, wobbling etc..
Phenomenal wind protection, rode the whole trip without wearing eye protection/glasses other the bubble shield.
It fells and looks that is part of the helmet.
Easy snap on and snap off
Quality, well-made product
Wind noise: Considerably less wind noise than without the shield.
Cleaned my shield multiple times (bugs etc..) with water and dried with microfiber cloth. No scratches.

I purchased this for my wife who has a Bell 500 helmet and she loves it. It snapped right on and stays on. It keeps the wind out of her face but has great visibility. The green tint and the metal trim has great looks. It looks great om my vintage bike.
