Otis M: The looked easy to use without an external key. And it is.Jun 28, 2015
Darin K: I had been looking at the rear license plate locks and didn't like them very much. This one allows me to lock my helmet to my motorcycle in any convenient location, not just the rear of the bike. With this lock I can put it underneath my cover which will protect it from rain as well.Jun 26, 2015

Devon S: I commute to school, and didn't want to carry my helmet with me inside to all my classes. Don't trust that people on campus would not just walk off with the helmet, wanted a secure way to keep it with the bike. I also dig that the lock combo can be customized and isn't just some manufacturer's premade lock.Sep 8, 2014

Allison H: Needed a good compact helmet lock for my sport bike.Apr 23, 2014
Malcolm S: Don't really like helmet locks that are built on the bikes. My Ctx700n comes with one the you have to remove the seat and loop thru every time you choose the lock your helmet on the bike. HELMETLOK II is a perfect solution to a versatile security for my Bell helmet. Love that has a combo!Apr 22, 2014
Michael Q S: Thought a good idea to have a key-less lock to save me from carrying my helmet into restaurants, etc., plus securing other items like a backpack. A simple but necessary accessory!Mar 31, 2014

Michael H: Needed a helmet lock to go with my Nolan lock plate that I ordered elsewhere (RevZilla doesn't stock them). Nolan uses this really cool ratchet system instead of d-rings for their chinstraps. The ratchet system works great, but it makes it hard to lock your helmet to your bike in OEM fashion. I think that there helmets are worth the extra $ and effort.Nov 10, 2013
N E: I needed a lock for my helmet when my side cases are full of junk. This is a compact way of keeping my helmet safe for a couple of minutes.Nov 4, 2013

Avery A: I can't find a helmet lock on my Husqvarna SM 610Sep 23, 2013

Eric G: Needed somewhere to lock up my helmet. My street triple r doesn't have anything under the seat and a two helmet top case would be to big.Aug 30, 2013
A shopper asked:How do I attach my helmet with the lock? I don't have a D-Ring or any openings in my helmet. To would have to make a hole to put the lock through, so I would have to make a hole in my ear-flap & through the enclosed nylon strap, I guess. Any other solutions / suggestions?Jun 8, 2015
Thomas L:I assume it is locked right now. If that's the case, I don't think there is any way. That's the point of the lock. If you could do it, a thief could.
I think what you are faced with is starting at 0000 and working your way carefully to 9999 (or 000 through 999 in the case of the original HelmetLok). A time consuming task. Along the way the number might come to you.Oct 4, 2014
ian h:Unfortunately , the first step requires that you have the lock open. Once you are there all you do is turn the two pins at the pivot end of the lock bezel until the recess into the lock. Then set your new combo, and ther release the pins. Your new combo is set
Jose Antonio I:Ooops!!! I can tell you how to change your combination, but how to reset it with out it, nope, guess there is no way, otherwise it wouldn't be a safe lock, since a burglar knowing this, could open every lock he finds. Contact the manufacturer or maybe someone at Revzilla might be of better help, sorry!!Oct 26, 2014
