Alpinestars Oxygen Air Over Pants
Nice summer overpants
I wear 33"x30" pants, occasionally squeeze into 32"x30" Levi's. The MED size Oxygen Air Over Pants are a little tough to get buttoned, but otherwise fit snug and comfy. They breathe well and are pretty light. The leg zipper wraps around from the outside of the ankle to the inside of the thigh, which is a little wonky, but still easy to get on and off over riding boots. I love the clean black styling, though I'd take some reflective piping or other subtle visibility if I could get it.

Gets the job done
I use these pants to commute to work, only 30 miles, and have no complaints thus far. Easy to get on and off over my boots and pants. I'm 5'8" and with a 33" waist and I ordered the large knowing I wanted them to be a little bit bigger to fit over my pants. They fit perfect, the knee protection is a tad low walking around obviously, but scoots right into place when I'm riding.

Large was good fit for typical 32-32 jeans
Fits very well over my 32W-32L jeans. Some of the material is mesh so abrasion protection may not be as good as other products, but the convenience of wearing these over my work pants is worth it to me. Air flow is great. Comes with combined knee/shin inserts. There are pockets for hip inserts but no hip inserts are included (there are flimsy pads instead). Zips into my T-Jaws Air jacket at the bottom of the jacket.

Fits me spot on!
I bought this pants for commuting and I have to say these pants are great on airflow! I am 5’7”, 30” inseam and a 31 inch waist and the size 46 fits me spot on. I don’t use these as overpants so I cannot comment on having a pair of long pants underneath but I do use gym/workout shorts and they fit with no issues. I use these with a pair of Alpinestars SMX-3 boots and again no issues. With the wide openings when you unzip the bottom of the pants, you can easily put on/remove on the pants with your boots on.
I think the only gripe I have with these is the knee armor. It might just be me but the armor on the knees feels a bit out of place and I feel a pressure point but it goes away after I start concentrating on the road more.
Overall a great pair of riding pants for commuting or summer/warm weather riding.

Great for its intended purpose!
Great pair of pants...I swear they were tailored just for me (5'10" / 140 lb. / 31.5 in. waist) to fit perfectly over my jeans and AlpineStars leather boots. I only give it an "Average" rating for the "Protection and Durability" category because they are overpants, after all...which are meant to sacrifice a bit of protection everywhere except for the knees (when compared to, say, racing leathers) for the convenience of being able to easily remove them and then go about your business (e.g. when commuting to work).

Good Over Pants for Commuting
I commute to work most days on my CBR250R and bought these over pants to keep my work pants (khakis, etc.) clean and for added protection. They work well for this purpose.
The pros... they fit me nicely and are not too baggy. I'm 5'11" & 170 lbs. and typically wear 32"x32" jeans. I ordered the over pants in Medium and they fit great. They are easy to put on/take off even with motorcycle boots on. Each leg has a zipper that starts on the outside of the ankle and goes up and over your knee. The over pants connect to my Alpinestars Jaws Perforated Leather and Alpinestars Viper Air jackets with a waist zipper. Temperature-wise, they are comfortable for summertime commuting. I've worn them in the high 90's and while I was still hot the over pants didn't add appreciably to the discomfort. Lastly the knee/shin armor is decent and fits well.
The not so good... The hip armor is sad - 1/4" of perforated foam that may take the pain of a hip smack from a 10 to a 9.99. I just ordered a pair of Forcefield's Hip Protectors to replace the foam. The level of abrasion resistance is probably not the greatest. The 600 Denier fabric on the back and sides of the legs does not feel very sturdy.
Conclusion... I'll continue wearing these for warm weather commuting but will probably be looking for something more protective with less polyester in the future which will undoubtedly cost more. However, at this price point, the selection of over pants is not great and feel these are one of the better ones available.

Works for it's purpose
I bought these almost specifically for wearing a pair of shorts underneath. Then, when I get to my destination, I can take them off, throw them and my boots in my bag, toss on the flip-flops, and go about my business in comfort.
Definitely wouldn't recommend these for anything more than casual riding. Don't think they'd hold up too well in a high-speed dump, but I didn't buy them with that in mind. I think they could be priced a bit less for what they're good for.
Ventilation is definitely there. I got these originally when I was living in Arizona. It's hot there if you weren't aware. I'm in Texas now. It's also hot here. These work great for hot day rides.
They will be a little baggy in the leg area, but that's to be expected as they are overpants. You'll almost definitely want to use the velcro fasteners at the bottom cuff to prevent them from flapping too much and possibly getting caught.
I am about a 33x30, and I got the medium. Waist fits great, even with shorts. Pants seem a little long until you sit on the bike, then everything fits basically where it should, which is how it should be.

A Solid Protective Summer Pants Option
After living with my Alpinestars AST-1WP pants through the fall and winter, it was time to get some summer pants.. so I went with these. They are comfortable and flow a good amount of air. To be honest I'm glad that these have the additional textile pieces.. they don't really restrict airflow too much but I'd rather have the higher denier stuff.
Thanks HVB and Revzila for the excellent service and recommendation.
