Good cost/performance relationship
Nice looking, confortable, good protection boots.
Not really a good air flow, you have to go very fast with your legs spread open, so you could feel some air comming in.
A little wide and tall in the inside for my taste.
At the beguinning it is difficult to shift, and walk, because the boot is a llitle stiff, hope in time it become easier.
This is my first Alpinestars boot and Im very happy.

generally, good value
toe too high,
(left boot) makes for more difficult shifting

Very Happy
The fit and feel of these boots is great. They breath well in this So. Fla. heat and the Velcro features to keep the zipper up and boots snug is a nice touch.

Great, stylish, simple boot
Comfy basic boot for city commuting. Gives good airflow that is noticeable when moving. I did use them on my Honda SP1 and noticed that the airflow was a little restricted when I had the race stance and leaning forward but on my Honda VTR Fireblade they had good flow when upright.
Maybe a little to flared at the top for my liking but that is the boot, I wouldn't say its excessive.
I have wider feet and the boots fitted well, I notice that with all Alpine Star boots that I have riden. Were stiff to start but have loosened up nicely and are comfy to walk in but not all day.

Comfortable boot with some airflow
Overall, this boot is a good value. It is well constructed. It looks great. Very comfortable to walk in and for riding. The boot runs a bit wide and loose through the arch and ankle but the sizing is better than the Sidi waterproof boots I have which are tight and have little room for my toes. The airflow is a little bit disappointing. I was expecting to feel cool air in the foot bed or arch area but it is mostly concentrated around the front of the ankle. It's not what I would call hot but I was hoping for more cooling. Another thing worth mentioning is that I had to adjust the shifter on my bike to allow for the rather large outside dimensions of this boot.

If your feet are on the wide side and you want warm wx boots, these are a good choice
I tried on many, many pairs of boots looking for the "right pair." I wanted to balance protection with airflow - as I live in the high desert. I wanted Gortex waterproofness but needed airflow more, so I gave up on waterproof. If I wanted 3 seasons, I figured it was better to go 3 season thru summer rather than 3 season thru winter! Next, most of the boots I tried on were simply too narrow for my foot - they felt squeezed. Frankly, my foot is not that wide, but most motorcycle boots were simply too narrow. I tried on the Net Air boots by Alpinestars and found a truly unique combo. They are wide enough for my foot; they flow air (I actually feel the airflow while riding); and they have good protection. If you live in a hot climate most of the year, I highly recommend these boots. If they are not comfortable you won't wear them; if they don't offer good protection, you're screwed in a wreck. I wear these everyday back and forth to work in the Mojave desert, and I love them. I gave up on waterproofness and got a boot that meets my needs 80% of the year. That's a win in my book! Hope this helps you. Good luck. Cheers.

Comfortable boot, poor airflow
Summer where? Maybe it depends on the heat level (mine is 110 degrees in Phoenix), but I don't find much airflow in this hot boot. The comfort is fine with great protection, but I've returned to my old BMW Airflow 3 summer boots, which actually let the air flow. I'll try them again in the Fall/Winter, when the Net Air will probably be fine.

This boot flows air!
I purchased these boots for warm weather use. Compared to my Alpinestars 'Web' boots, these boots really flow air!
The inside zipper with velcro closure and the toe shift pads are nice features.
This boot fits the bill for general street riding, commuting, and touring. If you are headed out for a track day, these would probably be ok for that too, but a dedicated track boot would - of course - be better.
I would buy these again!
