The Bionic Air Back Protector is CE certified to the latest back protector standard, enabling the development of an ergonomic, compact protector that focuses protective coverage around the central back.

Build quality is very low compare to Dainese Air protectors. But it's only half the price so why not. It's also pretty comfy.

I purchased this for a track day at Cadwell Park in the UK. I took the shoulder straps off because they caused the back protector to ride up. Once they were gone, everything fit perfectly and worked fine. I didn't get a chance to test it (fortunately) so I can't comment on the effectiveness. It seemed to be well ventilated, but it actually helped keep me a bit warmer at the track while off the bike. When on the bike, I barely noticed it at all.
