Guaranteed Holiday Delivery 2012

For the holiday season, We are offering a Guaranteed Holiday Delivery shipping option which guarantees delivery on or before December 24, 2012.  This shipping method can be selected on step 3 of checkout.  This shipping method will be offered for $9.95 until 3PM on Thursday, 12/20.  

Unfortunately not all items can be guaranteed (e.g. an item only available from Italy!).  To see if an item qualifies for the Guaranteed Holiday Delivery shipping option simply add it to your shopping cart, for each item in your shopping cart a message will be shown which indicates whether the item qualifies for the guarantee or not.  If all items in your shopping cart qualify, then a Guaranteed Holiday Delivery option will be shown on checkout step 3.  If you have some items you need by 12/24, and some items for which you do not have a timeline preference then we recommend placing separate orders (or contacting customer service).

To take advantage of this, simply select the "Holiday Guaranteed" shipping method at step 3 of checkout.  If we are unable to guarantee holiday delivery for all items in your shopping cart this option will not be shown.


*Details, Exclusions & Fine Print:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery on International Orders.  

  • Guaranteed Holiday Delivery is available only for orders being shipped to locations within the continental/contiguous 48 US states (for other locations contact Customer Service, we may still be able to get it to you in time).

  • Orders selecting the Holiday Guaranteed Delivery shipping method will be guaranteed by RevZilla to have been shipped with a delivery estimate from a shipping carrier which indicates a 12/24 (or prior) delivery date.

  • RevZilla will utilize its network of warehouses, vendor warehouses and upgraded shipping methods in order to satisfy this offer.

  • Items which cannot be guaranteed will show a message indicating so on the shopping cart page.

  • Certain items (particularly special orders and pre-orders) will require additional processing time and this guarantee will not apply. Any such items will be clearly identified prior to order placement.

  • RevZilla will not be responsible for exceptions such as severe weather, accidents, broken truck, "acts of god", or other reasons which cause one of our shipping carriers to delay a shipment.  RevZilla only guarantees that we will ship the items with a method which shows a delivery date of 12/24 or prior as estimated by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order does not reach you in time you will be eligible for a free $50 RevZilla gift card. Anthony will also wear a dunce cap with your name on it for a day.
