This thing is pretty solid, and pretty big. I like the monolithic tank-like angular look. It's a one-size-fits-all kind of deal, but it fit me quite well nonetheless (5'6", 175lb, long torso/short legs, stocky build). It's nicely curved, so it goes around the side of the body nicely.
It does put pressure on the shoulders when wearing a camelbak, but I'd expect that's normal. The padding seems adequate, and the airflow is good (comfortable during recent 100 degree Lake Pleasant, Arizona desert ride). I wore it on top of a thin mesh hockey jersey to stay cool.
Very easy to put on. Bicep guards seem somewhat unnecessary, but when the straps are tightened they stay in place.
Yes, I recommend this product.
